Hello Goat Funded Trader Support, I am writing to formally dispute the breach of my $5,000 Instant HERO account, which I purchased for $17. On October 22, 2026, my account 315355199 was marked as breached because my open XAUUSD position reached an unrealised loss of $59.50, exceeding a $50 floating-loss limit. My concern is that the 1% floating-loss rule was not disclosed to me during the purchase process. Had I been clearly informed that my account could be permanently breached once floating losses exceeded $50, I would have understood the risk before making my purchase. I request the following: A copy of the exact account rules and terms applicable when I purchased the account. Evidence showing where the 1% floating-loss restriction was disclosed before payment. A review of my account breach. Reinstatement of my account or an appropriate refund if the restriction was not adequately disclosed. I understand that trading involves risk. However, I believe customers should be clearly informed of critical account-failure conditions before purchasing a product. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution before using the power of social media for my justice. It seems this firm has no interest in returning my account. Very bad experience I passed the challenge only risking 2% per trade after reviewing the account they said that I reached the margin level limit or high margins level so i trade high risk or something like that absolute scam also didn't have those problems with other cfd propfirms

Got denied a $7000 payout on the one step 100k account. The firm claimed me to have copy traded which I never did. The firm doesn’t even provide proof for the copy trading. I used my own strategy and am extremely disappointed by the prop firm. Not only they refused the payout, even permanently closed my account. I understand that prop firms have rules and that traders are expected to follow them. However, I believe allegations this serious should be supported by clear evidence, with a fair and transparent process for traders to challenge the findings before losing both their account and their profits.

I hope you are doing well I have been trading for the last two years and I am a funded trader with Goat Funded Trader I requested my first payout on 21st August 2026 on account.514226691 after that I completed my interview on 31st August 2026 it has now been 2 months,but my payout is still showing as pending I have sent multiple emails to support and risk team but I have not received any proper response I only received 1-2 replies stating that your interview is under review I respectfully ask how can an interview review take 2 months? This is not a professional way to handle payouts Traders depends on timely payments

I had a difficult time getting my funds back despite the assurances I was given. The process dragged on longer than I expected, and I was unsure how things would turn out. In my opinion, no new trader should buy accounts from goat funded traders because these people make false allegations and stop payouts and block the account.And they don't provide any valid proof due to which they cancel the payout. When we talk to their support team, they say that this is the responsibility of the support team, you should mail them. You will get a reply in 2 business days but it is not like that, when the reply does not come in 2 business days then I again talked to the support and they say it will come, wait, these people do not tell any time. And this is what keeps driving people crazy, this is the most foolish propfirm. It has been 15 days since I sent the mail but I have not received any reply from their Gatiya Risk team and they have not given me any valid proof of cancelling the payout. And when I asked in their discord, these people are banning me from discord.These people are committing so much fraud.And I had 2 accounts with this certificate, in which I took the same trades in both the accounts and used the same trading pattern, but in one account these people told me copy trading and there was no problem in the other.

Their Head of Support initially assured me that my account was perfect and ready for withdrawal, but when I questioned the rejection, he removed me from the Discord community instead of providing answers. Now, their support team is ignoring my emails. No clear explanation, no accountability, and no meaningful resolution. What a convenient way to treat traders when it's time to pay them! You follow their rules, manage your risk, meet their consistency requirements, and still end up fighting to receive your payout. Based on my experience, I strongly advise traders to exercise extreme caution before investing their money and effort with GOAT Funding. A firm's credibility is proven by how fairly it handles payouts and complaints, not by how easily it sells funded accounts. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
