Hi Sam, We’d like to clarify that your refund was successfully processed from our side and returned to your original payment provider. Once a refund has been issued back to the payment provider, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on their processing times and is outside of our control. Therefore, stating that the refund was never issued does not reflect our records. We recommend checking directly with your payment provider regarding the status of the refunded funds.

Hi Samuel, thank you for your feedback. Our risk team has reviewed your account in full. Your payout request was declined due to news trading, in line with our trading rules: https://help.goatfundedtrader.com/trading-rules Your other requests, including payouts above $100, were approved and paid.

Hi Emmanuel, We’d like to clarify that this is not a hidden rule. News trading is allowed at GFT, but as clearly stated in our FAQs, there is a restricted window of 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after a high-impact news event. During this window, profits exceeding 1% of the account size are deducted. This does not mean news trading is prohibited. Traders can still trade and hold positions during news; the 1% limitation simply applies to profits generated within the specified news window. In your case, the relevant profits were deducted in accordance with this rule. The rule is publicly available in our FAQs so traders can review it before trading.

Hi Nilesh, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the processing times felt slower than expected. Some accounts and payout requests may require additional verification or review before they can be completed. We always aim to process them as efficiently as possible while ensuring all required checks are properly completed. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
