Hello Traders, lets agree that trading is already hard and anything that makes it harder in the name of prop firm should not exist if they cant adopt to the space, they step out for able firms. Now here is my full frustration with GFT. Having requested a payout, they denied my payout citing the so called, margin rule which honestly I believe is a way to deny payout because there is no place the rule is explained in any better understanding, after contacting them, they never responded upto now, seems they have low networks or lazy officials. Nearly same time, my wife was suppose to deliver and i sent them everything they never responded, what a hurtless set of people. Secondly, the same time my Phase 2 account was breached without hitting daily drow down, I sent them screenshot of the loss $ 193 and the daily drow down is $200, I messaged them and no responce upto date. As if all those were not enough, In my live account that was denied payout, they increased my SL level from where i placed it at $100 to 190$ only for them to cite the goat guard rule that brought my account down from the 90% profit split to 50%. I messaged them, still no responce. I believe all these were to discourage me and loss everything I have with them. Hey Goat you achieved it. FOR NOW STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS UNTIL THEY DO BETTER UNLESS U WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

SCAMMERS! They closed my account for daily drawdown limit. I always risk 0.5%. ALWAYS! Ι emailed, I chatted with them asking for proof of the violation, they never replied. Stole my money!! I was building this account for over 3 months I was so close to a 25k payout! Goddamn it, I hate it. The thing is that they have so good marketing with cheap prices and fake reviews that I got played! SCAMMERS! Waiting for their reply, asking me for my account ID so that they can investigate. So funny these guys are !!! Enjoy my money scammers! If someones start a class action lawsuit against them, count me in!

These people are scammers. I bought 2x 10k instant account with 50% discount for first timers and a discount for multiple accout (2) - it come around $112. I also choose ctrader platform. But I was given a totally different accounts (10k challenge to pay upon pass and 5K instant), one on MT% and other on ctrader. I contact support 2x and none of them were able to assist me resolve this - saying that is the account I purchased. I asked for a refund and unfortunately their policy say no refund on account purchase. since they are unable to resolve this - I will not recommend this firm, they are total cheat, scam, and not interest to support when you have any issues

⚠️ GOAT Funded Trader – Serious Concern Regarding Payout Rules I had a $400,000 Instant Standard account with GOAT Funded Trader. I generated $14,000 in profit and received a net payout of $7,840. I contacted GOAT support to understand what happened to the remaining profit. A human support agent confirmed in writing that: • The first payout is capped at $10,000. • A qualifying trading day requires 0.5% profit, which is $2,000 on a $400K account. • The 15% consistency rule applies. • If I make $2,000 on each of 7 qualifying trading days, the total profit is $14,000 and the highest-day consistency is 14.29%, which satisfies the 15% requirement. • The agent confirmed that I could request the $10,000 payout and that the remaining $4,000 would be deducted. • The agent then explicitly confirmed that the excess profit is “permanently deducted” and “will not be returned.” My concern is not about the existence of the $10,000 payout cap. My concern is the permanent forfeiture of profit that was legitimately generated and was required to satisfy the firm's own payout conditions. I repeatedly asked GOAT support to provide the exact Terms & Conditions / Trader Agreement clause, section number, wording, and version/date that authorizes the permanent forfeiture of this excess profit. They did not provide the contractual clause. Instead, I was repeatedly referred to the FAQ. I also asked for a practical numerical example showing how a $400K Instant account can satisfy both the $2,000 minimum qualifying-day requirement and the 15% consistency requirement while receiving the full $10,000 first payout without generating permanently forfeited profit. No clear numerical example was provided, and the conversation was eventually closed. I am sharing this review because I believe traders should be able to clearly understand the contractual basis and financial consequences of payout rules before purchasing an account. I would appreciate GOAT Funded Trader providing a transparent response with the exact applicable contractual clause and the specific Terms & Conditions version that governed my account. I am posting the complete conversation and facts accurately so other traders can make an informed decision.

The platform continues to cut out, show price discrepancies and some times closes entirely. This is one of the worst "performing" platform/funded firm I have ever experienced. And it seems they are not interested in fixing it because complaints like mine have been ongoing.
