First time gambling.
Saw an add for free spins an decided to give it a go. Ended up winning a gaming keyboard from razor. Went to claim it but said I needed to buy coins at least one time. I guess to keep people from spamming new emails for unlimited spins. But went ahead and gave it a go. They shipped the keyboard and it is now on my kitchen table 5 days later. 10/10 would spin for free again.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. 💙 Our free spins give players the opportunity to try GOATbox and win prizes without an initial purchase. To claim a win, a minimum purchase is required, regardless of the prize's value. This means that even if you win an item worth significantly more than the minimum purchase, you can still claim your prize by meeting this requirement. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve the experience for our players. Best regards, The GOATbox.gg Team

Won a PC case. The buildup was nice. The competition was simple. They told me what to expect and when.

Would not recommend
I deposited $250, it was a decent experience and I ended up winning a necklace worth $1,150. Support messaged after around 3 days and said they didn’t have the necklace, and I could either have an Amazon gift card or the value of the necklace returned to me in credits on the site, so I chose Amazon. These are genuinely ridiculous options, fake money on Amazon or money on the site that can only be gambled? Seriously? If I’m spending real money I’m expecting to either receive an item worth money, or to recieve money. I wouldn’t recommend using the site as of now.
Response from GOATbox.ggAug 17, 2026
Hello Darion, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that we were unable to fulfil this particular item. We made every effort to source it and checked with multiple suppliers to try and secure the exact item, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. It is rare we cannot source items for our customers, and we have since replaced the item in our boxes as we want to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible when opening our boxes. As an alternative, we offered you an Amazon gift card matching the full value of the item you won. We would also like to clarify that GOATbox is not a gambling site, but a gamified mystery box shopping experience. If you have any questions about how our platform works or if there is anything we can help clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re sorry again that this situation affected your experience with us and appreciate your feedback. Best regards, The GOATbox.gg Team

Ningmei Gaming PC Win
Recently I won a Ningmei Gaming PC from GOATbox in the PC bundle, I of course wanted to get this shipped to me!! I went through the process, including the ID and address verification (which admittedly I was nervous about at first, as I had never heard of goatbox before, but saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try!). I then was emailed by the support team 2 days later, and Ms. Hollie with the support team helped guide me to make sure I did all the processes, unfortunately she did let me know their vendor was out of stock of this PC, but they could offer me either the equivalent value in an Amazon gift card or goatbox credit. Hollie helped me right away and I was sent my gift card within the next hour! I highly recommend, great service, great support staff, and the customer service team is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your experience!!! Looking forward to the next big win!
