Don't Pay Fees Before Calling First
I don't recommend paying this company any money or fees until you pick up the phone and call them first and gain a thorough understanding of their refund process should they accept another applicant and not you. I called, but couldn't get a straight answer and ended with no comfort level that they were operating their business transparently. Why was the house still being advertised this morning for rent and taking applications and fees on Zillow.com when I was just told by the Agent they had approved a tenant before today?
