The most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. They don’t allow you to have services in your name and then they don’t pay the bill and we get our gas shut off and they don’t consider it an emergency so took 4 days for them to get it back on. Backyard floods and utilities are under water, they don’t care about that either and still want to charge per rent for a yard we can’t utilize and have to put our pets on a leash to go in the backyard. They knew this was a problem and never disclosed it on our contract. The property manager, Patreasha Black, if she does really exist is horrible. She has never been put to our house after constant emails and calls about the problems, takes me having to email/call corporate to talk to anyone. She won’t return phone calls and usually won’t return an email until I have followed up about 3 times. Stay FAR away from them, they are crooks!

This company now known as Bridge Homes is horrible at managing their properties. I rented from them for 4 years and paid on time each month with the exception of maybe 3. They were slow to fix maintenance issues. There were many instances when all 3 toilets went out in the home. I was told to pay for a hotel and file a renter's insurance claim. Then when they did send someone to come fix it they took pictures of the inside of the toilets and charged me by saying the issue is the toilets were stopped up as if we weren't supposed to relieve ourselves for 3 or more days. That's only the tip of the iceberg. When I moved out they made sure to charge me for everything under the sun to avoid returning my security deposit. They charged me for pressure washing the exterior of the home when it wasn't pressure washed when I moved in. They charged me for painting which is normal wear and tear after 4 years along with carpet cleaning. 70 dollars per room for blinds when they put up the cheapest blinds they could find. If you rent make sure you keep excellent records and pictures. I'm thankful that I have every email and pictures of how I left the house. I will be seeing them in court as well as calling the local news station in my area. If I could give them no stars I would. If you have any other options when looking for a rental home I would suggest using them and never using Bridge Homes.

BEWARE They don't provide maintenance for emergencies in a timely manner. They fail to honor agreements written and verbal, they over charge on every aspect. The only way they can improve is to dissolve the company.

Goal Properties is now Bridge Homes. It's a bitter experience for me when it comes to Customer Service. I have rented from them for about 5 years. This year has been the absolute worst. It has been one month of chasing a human down. No one answers the phone in the Charlotte office. They don't return calls. Neither do they reply to your messages through their online portal. I am building my own home, and will always remember how far I have came. I am blessed and lucky enough to ESCAPE. I will be able to write my notice soon, clean the property, and return the keys.😇

THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!! House is super outdated, not properly insulated so half the house be an entire different temperature than the other. I've had to throw out belongings in my garage due to a bad leak that I've requested to be fixed and still hasn't in over 30 days. Their late fee charges are complete robbery and that doesn't include the additional $50 charge to send a letter to say you're late like you don't receive an email EVERYDAY. I highly recommend avoiding Goal Properties/Bridge Homes. Once this lease is up, I will never rent from them again.

I got scammed using goal property services here in Minneapolis MN luckily I was able to get my money back through my bank over the weekend but when I called the office back on Monday to report the situation I was hung up on don't waste your time wished I'd read reviews first

If I could have given them negative zero stars I would have. All they do is ignore your requests. Leave there homes in crap condition and constantly send new techs to your home to take pictures of the issue but never follow through to fix them. Worst move decision ever.
