THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! Everything in any of the houses they own will break. They use cheap products. I turned on my shower(in the master bedroom) and no water came out. I could hear the water on the other side (in the kitchen area) of the wall spewing out. I ran to the kitchen and water was spewing everywhere. This was actually at 4:50am. The kitchen flooded even causing the water to run over into the living room. I was able to get the water turned off. I called the maintenance department to put a request in for the pipe to be fixed and the carpet to be wet vacuum. As I’m typing this it is now 4:50pm. They sent me a message stating someone will come between 1-5pm. Not only didn’t anyone show up no one even called. I called back to maintenance to ask them when was someone coming. The guy who answered the phone was rude and he tells me they are still trying to find someone to fix the problem. I told the rude guy “I have 3 kids and you mean to tell me my kids won’t be able to bathe, brush their teeth or really do anything” he replies “no”. At this point I’m tired of this company. They don’t honor their word or try to make sure they get the problem taking care of. Once they fix the problem they are going to try to charge me for it and at this point I feel I need to obtained an attorney to help me. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They get these houses and mask them with cheap products. They try to charge you for everything they fix. I’ve never dealt with a company that do the things they do. Save your money and your time. It’s not worth the hassle or the headache. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Now I will be reporting them to the BBB and obtaining a attorney for help. Their bad out ways the good in every way!

I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. I don't even live with them and find them terrible. I live next door to a property managed by Goal Properties and their contracted crew stepped over to my property line and destroyed my flower beds. Now they won't take responsibility for their actions. Don't rent from them, they won't take care of you!

I'm disappointed with their application process. I applied for a few homes in the Ellenwood area, one with them. This is not an upscale area so the median credit ranges are in 550+ level. The house has been empty since July and they keep dropping the rental rate. It will stay empty because they are being unrealistic about who they want to put in the house. GOAL looks at your credit report from a third party ONLY, and gives you an instant denial without even looking at your current situation. Some of the items on my credit report haven't been updated in years and they used that to compare my current income/salary! That's ridiculous! A waste of application fees, so do not apply if your credit score is lower than 600. Ignore that chart on their website that says you could pay a higher deposit if you have a 500 credit score. That appears to be just to get application fees. I was approved for the other homes easily and will take one of them, as they looked at my current salary and recent rental history as a whole when applying. I feel I still need to warn others about this company.

My ac went out, of course on a holiday weekend on 09/03/2021 after 5 pm and we had to wait until 09/07/2021 they couldn’t come until the 09/08/2021and of course Goal couldn’t get a hold of anyone in maintenance. It was a lot of back and fourth. And Goal was having a hard time communicating back with us and also the maintenance people .so they are horrible at communicating.Now we have been without A/C for 3 weeks. So now my whole family is suffering in the humidity and heat all this time and yes they give us floor a/c unit but it only freshens the kitchen. and I can’t speak with anyone at goal. No one cares we don’t have ac it’s 95 degrees outside.it’s now getting cooler outside. This is completely unacceptable. Because we just got this company we use to have national real estate but recently change to Goal. And now I know why they have 2 stars

I moved out and provided a forwarding address so they did not send me a final bill with my security deposit. Come to find out they immediately sent it to collections. I paid my rent on time the ENTIRE time I was there. Left the property in better condition than I received it.

My ac went out, of course this Friday after 5 pm when I can’t get a hold of anyone. I called the maintenance line and they say someone will come out tomorrow(Saturday). We have our own personal hvac people come look at it and tell us what’s wrong. So I was able to tell the maintenance line, it’s the compressor. We also tell the hvac what’s wrong with it but I understand the hvac company has to do their elimination process. My question and HUGE problem is why on earth would goal not have contracts with companies in Okc where you have multiple properties? So the hvac calls at 10 on a Saturday, locke supply closes at 12. He took 3 hours to get to my house only to leave 5 minutes later because the problem was what we told him to begin with and he can’t buy parts. So now my whole family is suffering in the humidity and heat all weekend and I can’t speak with anyone at goal. No one cares we don’t have ac all weekend and it’s 95 degrees outside. Also I now have personal property damage because I had to leave the windows open last night and it rained, ruining my rugs. Your company also hasn’t fixed anything I’ve requested since I moved in. This is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the hvac guy was basically telling us your company nickel and dime them and only pay them half rates so he was not in a hurry to come and fix ours. That is not my problem that goal and the hvac company have a contract that doesn’t pay enough. He claims his boss has told the workers that goal properties is not a priority because they only get paid $150 an hour versus their usual rates. Locke supply will open up past 12 for a fee, I could have had this fixed already but your company is too cheap and doesn’t care about the inconvenience of their tenants. Air conditioning is an essential requirement that your company is mandated to provide by Oklahoma law. Now it’s Monday and I haven’t heard anything from their hvac guy. So I’m assuming I’ll be suffering another night. I also will say, they tried bringing me 1 unit at 11pm the following day…I have a 4 bedroom home with 6 people, that won’t be doing much.

I would like to give ZERO stars if it was an option. We have been without a refrigerator and freezer for a week in 90 degree Charlotte heat. I have 2 year old twins and we are living out of a cooler. It took 3 days for anyone to respond to my maintenance request, and then the maintenance person that was scheduled to come was a no show, and then ANOTHER no show the next day. We were never updating on anything, no communication. They finally sent a disgusting old moldy fridge to shut us up from a used appliance center. FINALLY after 4 days of wasted an entire holiday weekend trying to get any answers I was told appliances are backordered 2 weeks and that I was lucky to get what I did. I went to my local Lowes and sent a photo of an almost identical fridge available to take home immediately. I told her that her argument was not valid. I offered to purchase it for reimbursement, and got no response. This fridge is unfit for use, and unsanitary. During a pandemic ESPECIALLY, I deserve to have a clean appliance brought into my home with small children. Will be filing a lawsuit.

I am renting with goal property from 2018 until the beginning of 2021 in Jacksonville FL. I made a deposit that goal property was stolen from me, they do not want to return it. Goal property are claiming that I have to deliver the property with a professional cleaning and many minimal things. In my opinion, I delivered the house in good condition, not broken, and what was in poor condition was already delivered to me in the condition that I delivered it, for example: curtains a little broken, no paint, bathrooms that do not drain well, broken gate door , broken trash, ect and the property was in those conditions and now they withheld the deposit. Future people who want to rent take a picture and call and demand that they change everything new to the minimum including light bulb.The only good thing I can say is that Cathy from customer service was always very friendly. but at the time of delivering the deposit, he does not return anything.
