If you are a military veteran don't even consider this company. I am located in Texas and you would think they would want to work with a veteran, right? Wrong! This company is the worst. No sort of compassion or anything. Just a quick no we don't work with programs like yours and that's that with them. I'm in the SSVF program and no help at all.

I rented from them for 2 years . When it was time for me to buy my new home . I gave them notice . I did everything on there 1000 things to do move out check list . And I mean Everything .!!!! Painted every room , Steam cleaned carpets (professionally ) mowed lawn , professionally Exterminated . Brought new blinds for every room , Ect……. Have all my receipts and email them to the with pictures of move out And they still came up with every way to keep my double security deposit . Even after I disputed things . I had pictures and videos of before and after I move out . They charged me for rental insurance monthly through a third part ( that they was not paying with the money I was sending them monthly) even after we was required to have insurance at the time of move in . Now after 7 months of move out I got I call from a bill collector saying I owe goal properties money for unknown charges . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM EVER !!!!! They are Legitimate scammers from the top down to mangerment!!!! If I could leave a negative star I would!!!

HORRIBLE! I never in my life of renting dealt with a company like this. Management changed 3-4 times, I was told that at first if something broke in the house they would fix it, then it went to if something broke in the house I had to fix it, then that changed to certain things can be fixed. Well one day I opened a window and noticed it didn’t have a lock on it. They said I had to pay for a window with a lock lol I was confused. I knew to pay for refrigerator filters, stove knobs, air filters etc. but they made me pay for every single thing. I put that house in a better position then it was in when I got it and they didn’t want to give me my security deposit back. I’m suing them and I can’t wait! I have the before & after pics of the home and the emails and everything. It was terrible.

DO NOT RENT if you give them 5 stars your lying. NOTHING is worse then this company. Things stay broken and if you try to get them to fix it it’ll take WEEKS, or they’ll try to say you’re responsible for it. They give you run around answers. They took almost a month to fix a busted pipe and patch the hole in the wall which still looks HORRIBLE. We tried to buy a house before our lease was up because we did not want to stay another year with these people. unfortunately we didn’t get pre qualified fast enough before our day to let them know. they ask for 45 days in advance instead of 30. they raised our rent $100 on a house that’s NOT WORTH IT. they do not accommodate. i let them know 55 days before my lease was going to be up that we were trying to buy a house, i asked if there was a option for a 6 month lease , or a month to month option. because i wanted to be sure my child had a place to stay while we were in process of buying a home. No 6 months and they were trying to charge $300 MORE a month to do a month to month. so now we have no choice but to be here another year. because we can’t afford a down payment else where they ask for a ridiculous deposit !! They have old appliances, that they won’t upgrade or fix even though they’re raising your rent. a 40+ year old house for $1,400 a month ?! no upgrades and no fixing anything ?? And give no opportunity to buy your own home. ridiculous.

HEADS UP! HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY OR RENT FROM GOAL PROPERTIES,LLC IN JACKSONVILLE FL. SAD TO SAY WE CURRENTLY RENT THROUGH GOAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC. !!! 1. The "Walk Thru" never happened. I had checked prior to moving in: faucets worked, water pressure good, toilets flushed, HVAC seemed to work, lights worked(mostly). There are so many things that you do not realize about a house until you actually live in it and make use of the plumbing and electrical systems. Or, until it rains... BUT the prior tenants do know! The previous tenants showed up at our door to pick up mail. I invited them in (amidst all the boxes) they had many questions...and by asking them why they asked I learned: there had been flooding & mold problems, the plumbing had problems, etc. Well, of course, we were already moved in and I just hoped that these issues had been resolved - but, soon realized the flooding was still occurring (this was not roof leaking flooding it was ground water rising up over the structural slab that came 4' into a 30' x 15' room 2" deep. When I reported this to maintenance we were advised that the homeowner chose not to "take any action" regarding this issue and then I spoke with the Property Manager cw who advised me "well, you do live in Florida so this is expected" meaning the flooding. REALLY!?! There's much more, but I've exhausted my quota of negative energy for 24 hours.

Stay away from this company. Visited a property managed by GP, that was listed as available. Applied immediately after the visit and confirmed 2 days later (as it was on a holiday weekend) that it was still available with no applications pending. Was sent an email requesting supplemental documentation, incl copies of DL and Soc sec card, and sent back immediately. Was advised all docs were confirmed as received and that I should hear something with next day. After not hearing anything, reached out again and was told to email for an update. After sending an email, received a generic response stating all applications processed in order of receipt. Not even 2 hrs later, received another “form” email stating property no linger available, and they would move my application to other properties. Not disputing that properties are going fast, but it’s misleading to ask someone to apply if not available. However, only a few days, the same property appeared again as available Do NOT. Trust these ppl. They are just collecting fees and personal information with no intent to lease. I should have read the reviews of others upfront to know this was not a company to do business with
