There was a rocky start with so many text with different names. But after that the text seemed to streamline a little and the delivery was on time.

The package is really arrived perfectly the shipping container the ice packs. Everything was there that I needed so thank you. The only comment I would make is to make sure that you send a notice of when it’s been delived instead of just leaving it at the doorstep just in case I live in Florida so that could be a problem.

Great human communication

I was on weight loss medicine for four months and the first two months things went pretty slow but by the third and fourth month the weight just disappeared and by the end of the fourth month I had lost 45lb, it’s been just over a year and I’ve had no problem keeping the weight off, knowing if I struggled at all I could just get back on meds for a month or two and get back on track. My life stopped revolving around food and it was easy to keep that practice for the last year. Thanks Goal MD for giving me my life back. And just for reference I went from 180 to 135 🥳🎉🍾
