SCAM- DO NOT BUY!
Spent $3500. Booth arrived in a bent/damaged case. Product would not work, arrived defective. I initiated a return immediately, when refunded, they only gave me a partial refund, charging me over $1100 for shipping! So not only was my daughter’s graduation party ruined because the booth was defective, now I’m paying $1100 for nothing. Was told shipping internationally is expensive even though it was sent to CA (stateside). They never told me it was going to cost anything. Then refused to escalate to management, apparently these individuals work for themselves. Do not buy from go360, they will literally steal your money! Thanks Jessica for this nightmare of an experience.

Following further discussions, we reached an agreement and processed the additional refund requested. The final refund has already been completed. We understand your frustration regarding the original shipping deductions, and we sincerely regret the misunderstanding during that process. While custom products were non-returnable as agreed before shipment, we still made additional concessions in order to resolve the matter fairly. If there is anything further we can do, our management team remains available to assist. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our products and customer service.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Was contacted very soon after I made my order to verify the purchase and to give me a contact name. Jenny was superb. I needed the 360photo booth rather quickly because I procrastinated and ordered it just a little over a week before my wedding. Jenny was so helpful and offered solutions for units that would be able to make my timeline. If their products are half as good as their customer service then they have just earned a long time repeat customer. Great job and thank you for everything!

From start to finish my experience was great! I was helped by a young woman named Joan! She walked me through the entire process and made the purchase run smoothly from start to finish. She found me exactly what I wanted and got it delivered to me asap! Even after delivery Joan still checked in with me to make sure everything was running great and smooth! I am extremely happy with my purchase and will use this company again once my business grows!!

The service was great
