Absolutely terrible. took me 1:50hrs to get onto my first exam with having 9 different technicians leave the chat with me before one was willing to help and stay. 2nd exam - did not give permission for them to leave my exam screen, they did anyway and went onto my browser to check my search history. 3rd exam - Had one of the proctor's click next 5 times on my questions during my exam. absolutely shocking, would not wish them on my worst enemy

Absolutely terrible. The invigilators are useless, the software is invasive and the privacy risk is way too great for someone to use. DO NOT USE EVER!!

The worst service i have ever used. Waiting for 2 hours to get an exam going. Absolutely ridiculously bad. Never ever ever will recommend or willingly deal with this company again. Wasting my time for no good reason.

Terrible service, frequently experiences technical difficulties that will prevent exams from being accessed and the proctors hired have poor communication skills and mic quality. All they are good for is turning the process of accessing your exam into a more challenging and stressful time than completing the exam itself.

PSA ProctorU didn’t allow a student to sit for his exam wearing his colour blindness correction glass. He had authorisation from UQ that allows him to wear his colour blindness correction glass and without it he can’t sit Anatomy exam. According to ProctorU, they were not told by UQ.
