worst exam experience I've ever had. Also, it's spyware :////

Did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do, which was to create a level playing field for students. I can't even feel successful about my exam because so many of my peers had catastrophic exam experiences

Breach of privacy Don't use

Classic spyware straight out of George Orwell’s 1984 big brother Proctur punish me for thought crime against UQ communist party. All jokes aside this company is crazy how you gunna go through my files chief.

My proctor has the wrong exam conditions and told me the exam was not open book when it was. Constantly took control of my mouse mid exam. Made me show every page of half a ream of blank working paper. Changed multiple settings on my computer and I’m sure more than I’m not aware of. Couldn’t understand a word they were saying and was like a call centre. Proctor was absent when I needed them. They were unfamiliar with how to deal with simple issues and wasted a large proportion of my exam time

Not a pleasant experience for any involved.

Bad experience when completing exams. Had to wait for ages before I could even connect to a proctor, and once I did connect I could barely hear anything from their side because it sounded like my proctor was chewing. They also didn’t mute themselves until about 30 mins into my exam which was highly distracting.

Wish I could score less than 1 star. Caused more stress than the actual exam. Had to wait 60mins to begin my exam. I did not give consent to change my computer settings but they had already taken control of my screen. Shocked and extremely disappointed to see the use of this system as a means of invigilation. Horrible experience.
