My internet router was reset halfway through the exam and was reset to factory settings - seems a bit dodgy to me. Especially when it has never happened before...what an awful coincidence. Losing more than 20 minutes of a 1 hour exam is very stressful and unfair. UQ should be reconsidering their decision in choosing this corrupt program. Massive stress along with major privacy issues.

My proctor kept trying to paste something in the internet bar Like spent maybe 5 minutes pressing paste over and over again. Ended up starting 20 minutes late, and they didn't disable my notification centre prior to starting and messges started popping up so I submitted my exam as early as I could so I wouldn't get in trouble.

1. At the beginning of the exam, the proctor closed my proper material without letting me know. I have to re-open my OneNote document. Knowing all websites are accessible during the exam, I have opened some tabs on Google Chrome, so I can click on the relevant ones straight away during the exam to save time. However, the proctor shut all my tabs (including other irrelevant ones that I minimized for non-exam purpose) without letting me know. And right before he starts my exam, I realised all the prepared tabs are gone, which adds sudden stress to me. When I asked him where are the web tabs that I opened as the material for the exam, he just said you are now on the exam page. Nonetheless, he already started my exam, so I started the exam with that and thought I would be able to retrieve all the other 60 tabs (I created over the last 3 months). However, after the exam, I could not find any of the websites on my Google History that he shut down (like.. how is that possible??) 2. The proctor has to remotely use my mouse and reconnect my camera in the middle of the exam without pausing my exam time. He said it would not take long. 3. When I click the submit button, the website pops up a page of "you have been disconnected, please log in again". When I click log in, the submission page just disappeared. I was terrified and contacted the proctor immediately. However, I have not heard a response from him for the next 15mins. Overall, this exam has been a terrible experience, and most importantly, I just sincerely hope that this has not affected my achievement in the assessment.
