If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an exam start time of 10:10 - I was informed that due to COVID there would be a wait of 30 minutes, which I accepted. Little did I know that 2 hours later would be when my exam started, with no update on time and this was after being told I wasn't allowed to leave my seat, use my phone or have anyone else in the room. Poor effort from these guys and would discourage anyone else from using them.

Proctor sort of had a break down and refused to let me start my exam. It also said that my surrounding was too loud when in reality there was no one in the house and the neighborhood was silent.

Poorly trained staff coupled with invasive software leads to a terrible exam experience

Invasive software! They installed all sorts of logging functionality on my computer. I understand the need for it, but it's my personal machine! The fact that we were forced to use this without any supplementary hardware alternative is a violation of privacy.

Technical difficulties led to poor exam result. Not assisted but told to troubleshoot issues which cost exam time. Would not recommend proctoru.

The worst Company capitalises on the COVID-19 crisis and adds even more stress to students. Also does not quality check their staff and creates a system in which it is a lottery on whether or not you're able to complete the exam in peace.

horrible system. fix it. dont push it to be implemented in our university's get rid of it.
