Same story as everyone else. They're customer service sucks. They suck. The proctor U extensions. And I hope this comany goes under fast. There are much proctor services in the world. Give up.

same story, completely invasive. Useless technicians. Wasted hours upon hours of my time and still no resolution. RUN from this company and any company affiliated with them.

Like so many others, if I could give a zero rating I would. I scheduled the exam 2 months ago, ran all their pre-checks, and thought things were good. Logged in today prior to the exam only to have more technicians and proctors than you can imagine remotely alter my computer. After 2 hours of accessing my system, I was told the internet speed was not fast enough. Odd though, they managed to access my system for 2 hours... Internet worked during that time... So what were they really doing??? Long story short I completed my entire M.S. degree through the same system and internet connection but was unable to complete my final exam to graduate. Complete waste of money and time!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Every single time I HAVE used proctorU I have never been able to take my exam. The website it always glitching and kicks me out of sessions. Then the set up process has always taken hours, then because it takes so long it tells me my session has expired and I can not take the exam. I have failed 3 classes because of this 😤

As someone doing an online degree, misfortunate enough to be using a university that uses ProctorU, I have never once had a neutral to good experience with them. Every time there is a technical issue- last time I took a test, it took about 2 hours to make everything work and the proctoring service ended 1 hour before my test did- if my professor wanted to, I could've had to re-do or worse. I'm writing this review to kill time because I'm currently in tech support as their system check is stuck in an infinite loop. Their tech support goes as far as basic stuff you'll have checked for before if you're technologically literate. This place just reeks of a company that refuses to hire software engineers at market rate, and why would they need to? All they need to do is market themselves to university administrators, and the students have to deal with the headache. To be clear, I also used them when completing my AA completely online 2-4 years ago. Just as bad. Also, I don't cheat on exams because I actually want to learn, but there is nothing whatsoever stopping you from doing so- they install malware on your PC and inconvenience you for hours, all so administrators can SAY they proctor exams- but they're not really. So you waste time, money, and sanity to accomplish nothing except making some opportunistic bottom-feeders some money.

Wish I could give 0 stars. It took them over three hours to fix an issue before I could start my exam. One of my technicians “Jahmal” was extremely unprofessional if anyone knows how to report a specific proctor let me know. I was clearly frustrated, waisted an entire day DURING midterm week to take this one test. You could see I was almost in tears from frustration and he told me I needed to calm down and when I got upset he said that, he ended the call!!

Worst of all is the live support chat. They are not even trying to be helpful. Just awful
