Program created so many issues for my laptop. The proctor for my test was rude, unhelpful, and offered no help during my test when an issue due to proctorU occurred, if my teacher wasn't understanding it would've cost me 30 points on my test. Not only that, they charge you money for practice exams, such a poor service.

ProctorU is a joke. I am writing this after being told I cannot take the exam because I lost my ID. They have taken 3 photos of it in the past and have a photo of me on my account. Now I have to go to my prof and explain this dumb ass situation and hope he gives me an extension.

Worst experience ever! Took 4 hours to fix nothing!!! Said my microphone wasn’t working on a brand new MacBook Air! They are based overseas and their tech support is trash. I would rather go to a testing center filled with Covid than ever take another exam with Proctor U. Horrid, trash!!!

Can’t give zero or negative rating, which would me more appropriate. Unfortunately, I don’t have a choice, my test has to be taken via ProctorU, otherwise I would never use them. Right now, it’s been EXACTLY 2 hours since I was supposed to start my exam. I’ve been connected to multiple proctors who have rebooted my laptop 6 times. No one solves the issue, neither by chat or phone.

Like many others here I would give zero stars if possible. I’ve been trying to set up a test for an hour and a half and nobody knows what they’re doing. The proctors are idi*ts and so are the help technicians. It takes 6 minutes for them to even respond to my messages. Some of us work for a living and I don’t have time to sit around for 2 hours to take a test that should take 30 minutes.

Their online platform is horrible, you spend 2-3 hours with tech support and they blame your computer because their low-quality equipment is unable to record video. They do everything not to give you a refund, in my case I have been waiting for more than 1 month and they are still "reviewing" my case. Avoid this scam company by all means.

This is the worst company ever. I tried to take the TOEFL today, but they added new rules last minute that I was not able to comply. So they told me I did not get to pass the exam and had to pay again full price if wanted to take it again. Lost more than 200$ in this scam. This company is monstrous. They gain profit with COVID-19 and the loss of other, because we have no choice, but to go through them. They simply rob people to get money. As everyone say, if you can AVOID!

I tried to register for the G Suite exam. Nothing big, but they are the only ones, it seems, who administer this test. Finding a working enrollment page was the first hurdle, as I kept ending up in places that didn't load at all or if they did load, refused to enroll me for no apparent reason. When I finally got to a page that seems to work, the enrollment process was painful, the information was deleted every time the thing finally seem to load and -finally- enroll me: The password conditions are ridiculous and even when meticulously followed don't work half of the time - make that 99%. User name taken....every time, but you will be told AFTER you submitted it - so you have to start all over filling out info you already filled out in random places where you don't expect it to disappear. If you submit with something missing, more will go missing...it's ridiculous, sad, pathetic, user hostile, shows no care or thought is put into it. One shouldn't need a degree to sign up for a simple test. Now reading the reviews from people who actually went all the way and took exams with proctoru makes me wanna cry out loud. I should probably have given up after the first 10 trials. Big question, how does a company like google partner with a dinosaur like that? or is that a resilience test? Not looking forward to the rest of the experience at all.
