Proctor wouldn't let me have kleenex and it was hard to concentrate having snot run all down my mouth and spending an hour and half feeling like Im choking, all the other proctors let me. This one seemed to be on a power trip. It was hard to hear all of them over what sounded like TV, if the students have to be in a quite enviroment then so should the proctors so the students can hear them. Seems like the proctors don't have a set of guidelines to follow and make it up as they feel like it and hide behind the phrase "school policy" if it's policy then it should be something all proctors do not one out of 4.

If i could put zero stars, I would do it. I had such a terrible experience with this horrible ProctorU. I have prepared myself for the exam for a lot of months, and my strongest areas was listening. Immediately as the listening part started, the stupid Proctor started to talk to me at the same time so obviously I couldn't listen to anything and I failed the exam. It is incredible that ProctorU has destroyed the alternative to have an online exam. I though that it was a great way to incorporate in this virtual era, but ProctorU has negatively surprised me. Honestly I dont recommend to anyone to go through this stressful situation.

Proctoru is absolutely horrendous. I had an awful experience with them last semester (my proctor closed my exam twice and did not reply to me when I asked her what was going on). My experience with them this semester was not much better. I was supposed to write my exam in a few days. I have a brand new MacBook Pro, and it kept failing the RAM usage part of the system requirements test. The maximum usage is 90%. Sometimes the test indicated my RAM usage was higher than 90%, and sometimes it would show a number lower than 90%. Completely inconsistent. Tech support staff was no help whatsoever. Many of the responses were "try restarting" and "try opening a new tab." After expressing my frustration with my educational institute, they advised that many students with MacBooks were reporting the exact same issue. Thankfully, I can now write an unproctored exam. It is a huge relief knowing that I don't have to worry about rude proctors who will randomly close my exam and incompetent tech support staff.

Absolute trash experience, testing equipment reloading forever and costumer services sucks. The lady’s is so rude! Bad in manners :(

Absolutely joke of a company! Used these via ACCA and had nothing but trouble! Useless pathetic and utterly a shambles! Tested all my equipment prior to booking my exam and passed the test! The day before my exam I signed onto the proctoru website and found that actually my equipment didn’t pass the test! Tried to resolve this via the online chat to be told I could not be connected to a live technician and that I had to phone! Unaware of the extortionate charge for a call per minute £2.50!!!!!! Resolved the issue on that day only to have nothing but issues on the day of my exam where again still unaware of the call charges phoned up in panic as my exam was due to start! They kept me on hold for a long time probably to theive more money off my phone call! Supposed to start my exam at 10.30am didn’t actually start until 2.30pm! Anyway I passed my exam under the stressful condiditons they put on me! Only to now find out that the calls cost me £180!!!!! Ridiculous that ACCA would use such a pathetic company

ProctorU was an absolutely horrible experience, I have a disability that requires me to be in a wheelchair. The proctor did not accommodate my wheelchair use or read my provided accommodations correctly which took valuable time out of my exam as I had to chat with the proctor and not focus on my exam, I have to constantly readjust myself due to being a wheelchair user and the proctor did not care. It took them roughly 10 minutes to get my break sorted out and log me out and probably more than 10 minutes to log me back in which ate into my exam time therefore I did not complete my exam. My wheelchair has also been damaged because of the way the proctor wanted me to sit and overall it was a horrible experience and they are not doing anything about it. Their service is crap and would not recommend 10/10 crap

I could leave a zero rating I would. The company has horrible tech-support and even worse proctors! My test was delayed by over an hour and a half due to their software failure. A tech-support agent made excuses that they were experiencing high volume of test takers. Again this is not our issue, they should upgrade their servers in order to support the use! I rescheduled for the same day I half hour later and the same issue happened. When I started the test the proctors were very rude and disruptive and made it miserable to take a test. I reported the proctor to a live agent and was told that I could take the retest only to receive an email from IREM, Stating that I failed a test!

Absolutely terrible. Tech support is absolutely awful. Proctors are dumb. There are way too many bugs on the website and the redundancies in the questions tech support offers you are annoying.
