The worst testing program I've ever used. The proctors mic constantly cut out the room they were in had so much background noise. The fact they need access to my entire computer feels like I'm on a call with a scammer. I now have a profile picture on my account of me that was taken from the webcam that they did not ask me to take which made me uncomfortable when I saw it. They stopped me several times in the middle of my test to restart my computer because their program cut out. I felt like I was talking to a robot any question I would ask they would respond with a response from a script. I don't use a laptop so I have no speakers I wear a headset. The proctor told me no headsets and I was fine with that I just let them know that I wouldn't be able to hear them and then in the middle of my test they kept yelling for me.

The service is beyond terrible. I had a GRE test scheduled today and faced a technical issue about time zone alignment. My proctor directed me a tech assistant who has no idea about IT support. Literally, that person just took control of my PC and she acted like she is trying to solve my issue and she even entered my ETS ID wrong 2 times to check if I can take the exam then she sent me a msg saying we tried everything your problem will be reported to the ETS and closed tab immediately... I couldn't even talk. Our academic future should not be in hands of these incompetent people...

If you use this service, your computer will somehow not meet system requirements and you will fail this course. So proctorU, you're going to owe me $750 for not letting me take my exams and failing my course. Reply to me and I will send you my Venmo info if the instructor fails me. I did my part and prepared and everything was ready and working.

This has been one of the most frustrating situations I’ve ever experienced. The platform is horrendously flawed, and customer support is NON-EXISTENT. After 12 separate computers failed to meet the system requirements, I sought help from customer support, only to be insulted as if I didn’t understand what a countdown timer was.... one of the great embarrassments of our time. If you MUST use this “service”, be prepared for migraine and ulcer inducing levels of frustration, coupled by complete ineptitude from “support”. I WISH I WAS JOKING!

This has been one of the worst experience thus far. I was scheduled to take the exam on April 10 at 5 p.m. I could not connect to the exam after equipment was tested and passed. I was put on the phone with four different technicians who couldn’t address the problem until 7:30pm. Then, I was told it was the internet. Then, I relocated to a different location(3 minutes) to test which turned into another hour. I didn’t take my test until after 8:30 pm. I was hungry and exhausted as ever. I couldn’t reschedule the exam because I could not afford the cost. During my exam, I was asked to scan the room multiple times which took away time from my test. The representatives were very inconsiderate of the duration of the test. Moreover, Janae, a phone representative was very unprofessional and impatient. After calling to report the issue over the phone, a representative told me to contact ETS and that everything was recorded. Nobody had sympathy or claimed responsibility for the situation. Basically, they acted as if everything was my fault. I really hope these issues could be resolved with proper training for employees on Ethics and Leadership.

I was registered to take the April 2021 LSAT-Flex exam. I logged on early to make sure that everything was working well. I got connected with a proctor and began the security check-in process. I showed him my ID and he asked if I was in a private enclosed space. I said yes, it was a private space but it was a living room/kitchen, which was the only space I had to take the test. I showed the whole room. He said that there were protocols that he had to follow and that the room I was in was "too big" and couldn't be used (I had received no communication about room size requirements). He claimed that he called the LSAC support to try and make an exception for my circumstances and told me to call them and reschedule my test for another day. I called the LSAC immediately and they said that the proctor was incorrect. They did not know about these specifications and now I have to potentially pay $200 to reschedule my LSAT and roughly $200 to renew and extend my LSAT study materials.

Worse experience ever. System requirements ridiculously lengthy, customer service unfamiliar with Mac!! Expect to spend hours to figure it out.

Daryl V yelled at me for using approved notes and then deleted one on my answers, forcing me to retype it on a timed exam. Oh and this was also after 1.5 hrs of trying to get into the exam. Use respondus lock down browser instead pls
