This is the biggest POS that I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Basically, you are paying someone to schedule your exams for you while asking THEIR permission. Students have to allow an extra hour for every exam because ProctorU requires an EXTRA TO SOLVE PROBLEMS FOR EVERY STUDENT FOR EVERY EXAM. It is a total ripoff and I'd like to know who is getting the kickback for this piece of crap on my campus.

My computer was running just fine, and then the proctor had to have access to it and everything went wrong. I spent over 2 hours trying to take an exam for my new job, and got the run around and not help from anyone I engaged with. Worst of all my computer is not working now. It takes over a minute for 1 page to load. The proctor changed some setting and I'm not sure which. And now I could lose my new job. This is just a horrible company.

This might be the worst website I have ever seen for taking tests. Who charges college students for signing up for an exam within 72 hours. I have never witnessed this with any test-taking service ever and I cannot believe it is real. We pay a lot already to take these classes and these stupid small payments screwing over students in order for you guys to get something out of it is disgusting. I'm going to do everything I can to get this website shut down even though I know it probably isn't possible.

This is the worst place to take exams because after I finished with the Test my computer was frozen to a blue screen for a total of five minutes and all my history was deleted can't be found and my personal password was rest

Absolutely worst place to take an exam. For your own good take the exam at your school or a testing center. This website is absolute trash.

I don't know if it's poor communication between the university and ProctorU, or just terrible customer service. The student is treated like garbage, which I guess makes sense since the actual customer is the university. Blackout dates (when ProctorU schedules maintenance and doesn't allow you to schedule exams) seem to always fall on weekends. Not exactly convenient for students who have full time jobs from Monday to Friday. This past quarter I had to take days off from work for 3 of the 5 exams I had. That's annoying enough, but they way they treat you when you request support is as if you're going out of your way to irritate them.

This system is HORRIBLE. Customer service is Rude. They continually transfer you to this person. Log me remote and still can't access even though pc says they are in and still cant help. Brought a Mac just to test and they had me install all this stuff zips and all and nothing Works sat over 3 hours troubleshooting and got nothing but a rude person. This is so frustrating and disappointing. Still didn't test. Rep so rude he disconnected the chat. Im over it. Testing anxiety and all is stressful enough and this company and program makes it no better. Personally since I test in the wee hours they don't want to work

The absolute worst testing experience. I was unable to take my exam two times because I got stuck on systems check page. It is definitely not an issue with my computer or WiFi. The customer representatives are rude and kept sending me to other customer representatives who were not helpful either. I am so disappointed. Complete waste of time.
