F word proctor u and everything it stands for, my life mission and goal is to shut this company down and I am so serious. Worst customer help and website ever made.

I have been assisting students in setting up their tests through ProctorU, and it has been an absolutely horrendous experience. Students are constantly telling me how stressed out they were because of the proctors. They either have limited knowledge or a limited grasp of English that prevents them from ever getting the test going in a prompt manner. The amount they violate your privacy is insane, and until I read some reviews, I never even knew they would be changing some of the settings. I cannot express how absolutely shameful this is for a company to be running such a shoddy business. Boooooo!

Spent an hour trying to connect with them and get my test started. I had a proctor yell at me and it sounded like she was inside of a Starbucks environment. Another proctor closed all my tabs for the test and proceeded to open my spotify and put emojis in the search engine. One proctor after another disconnected and the people over the phone hung up on me 3 times. Never got to take my test. Terrible service.

Terrible service, overpriced, and very very frustrating. Took me over half an hour to resolve an issue I had for each of my exams. This only adds to the anxiety that just taking the exams causes.

Really horrible experience taking my law school admissions test with this company. Proctor did nothing when during my TIMED sections there was connectivity issues with them. Then shut me out of the exam and restarted it. She also barely answered my messages when I started panicking! She had me sobbing my eyes out halfway through this exam and taking this exam is stressful enough as it is! Retesting in a week. Praying to God it goes better.

Lsac needs to switch proctor companies because proctor u is trash. I had a proctor yesterday that kept stopping my exam every 5 minutes to be in view of the camera. She was my 4th proctor in 1 day. I was in view of the camera after she kept pausing my test every 5 minutes she threatened to send my lsat test to lsac unfinished. I was really upset about this because the lsat is already stressful enough and having a proctor that keeps pausing your test and accuse you of cheating when your are not and threatens to send your test to lsac unfinished is just very unprofessional.

Proctoru jusst makes a stressful exam that much more stressful. My exam had a 10 minute break and it took another 10 minutes for the proctor to return. Also found it odd that I had to take video of the room on my cell phone. I found it strange I had to show my gages in my ears when it is clear I have 1 inch gages. At least I don't have to take another test with them. Also as a PhD I would never use them for any course I teach.

Working with a Food Service Manager exam, there was no competent commutation between proctorU and myself. Their service kept trying to connect me into some from of university lab work and not the actual exam. I started connecting early to avoid being late. None of their support team was available, no quick responses. It wasn't until the next day that I got an email communication saying I needed to contact my exam source, who doesn't proctor the exam. Then they wanted to access a fee, I guess to pay for being understaffed, under trained who knows. ProctorU defiantly is a few bananas short of a bunch with absolutely no concern for their consumer since others are forced to use their for crap service. The necessary evil. #bebetter
