Terrible application and customer service and invasive practices. The application changed my settings without informing me. Settings such as disabling screenshots on my Mac and they were not put back to original settings. Furthermore, I had to install Log Me In on the day of the exam. There were no instructions to install that program prior to the exam. I am a master's student in computer science, and I found this experience to be bothersome.

They are a real circus. During my TOEFL test they made me record my room on several occasions, and they were monitoring my computer, in a total lack of privacy and security. When I was more than 3 hours into the exam, they made me stop and told me that I could not look down (I wasn't), and that next time they would take the exam away from me. After telling me this, I was waiting for them to connect me again, and suddenly, a message said that the exam had been failed, without any kind of sense. The exam cost 255$, so I imagine that they will go to commission, it is the only way to explain the lack of ethics of these characters.

Absolutely awful. The university I was attending utilized this service, and I had issues probably 75% of the exams I wrote. The issues were not on my end, they were always on their end. My internet connection is great. The issues always seemed to happen half way through the exams, when they would transfer me between proctors. My most recent issue - I had a 2 hour limit, 100 question exam for my nursing course. Final exam that was cumulative... the stress was already high. The proctor interupted me twice because they lost my camera connection... while they were transferring between proctors... not my problem. So they interrupted me and my time didn't stop! I told them how stressed that made me and all they said was "we will contact your university".... total BS, they never did. My time kept going down as they were fixing this issue... I literally went right down to the last second to finish my exam, and was so mentally drained by that point. Had no time to look over answers or take my bathroom break. Just disheartening. Ive had numerous other issues in previous courses. If you can avoid this service, DO!

I didn't even have a chance to begin testing before they angered me so much I had to leave testing. They continually asked to see my workspace after showing them twice, then they proceeded to remove icons from my start menu without asking...and when I asked did not have an appropriate response. I can't believe any reputable organization would use these hacks.

Beside all the technical illiteracy, the primitive communication and chat services, and the 100 confusing proctor-switching they do in a single test. The major problem is undervaluing how important a test may be to some student. For some of us, this a life-changing couple of hours, so please take that into consideration and treat us as humans not robots.

Worst testing experience ever. I have been waiting almost an hour for my test to start due to it being on the system check screen. I have reached out to support and they said they would connect me to a proctor. What is the point of having an exam time when they make you wait forever to take it. Dumbest and worst testing system I’ve ever used.

In the midst of rescheduling my exam, literally hitting the submit button for payment for the rescheduling, they send an email stating my exam session has been canceled. I precede to call them to see what happened, they lady says you were too late on rescheduling. I tell the lady I had a medical emergency with my sister, and I was literally in the midst of submitting my payment, which mind you is only 5.00. So she asked me to hold,ok........ She gets back on the line and informs me I will have to pay the full price for the exam again. Wow...... The OLE MIGHTY DOLLAR !!! There's no compassion in the service they provide. I hate having to use Proctor U; I wish the instructors would find a different source for taking exams.

This is thee absolute WORST company! They have some of the stupidest proctors! They will annoy you right before an exam with dumb requests such as remove the pens from your desk, etc. They are like robots and NEVER use common sense. I'll be talking to my school about using another proctoring service cause this one SUCKS!!!!!
