This is a terrible experience. It took almost an hour to get access ironed out to start my test. I'm a manager at a university in California. There were no instructions or guidance on how the app works or that you need to operate everything through the text support chat window. While waiting for the program to recognize me, it disconnected my for lack of activity. I think there are other service providers to use besides proctor U. I'd definitely suggest going with someone else.

I have just finished my second attempt at trying to take the same exam with proctorU and nothing. each time i have sat for over an hour watching the proctor try and figure out how to start my exam. It is a waste of time and extremely frustrating. when i asked for some sort of communication in writing that could be sent to me to show my boss that i was unable to do the exam and that it was not my fault, my proctor said that they could not do that for me. a waste of time, frustrating and not efficient at all.

The whole process of trying to to access my test is terrible!!! I’ve been trying to take it for the past 45 mins after yesterday having TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES CLEARED by one of their people in the CHAT BOX and here I am dealing with it again. Such a waste of time!!

SUCH A BAD COMPANY

Didn't hurry up when helping me so then my test ran out of time. They didn't know what was wrong and made it my problem that they couldn't help me properly do my exam. The proctor I had didn't understand that when you reload your changes don't save and then I got kicked out of my exam because by the time they did that my last 15 minutes was long gone and past. Very hard to understand as English was not great, so didn't work to communicate very well.

Absolutely horrific experience. I had to schedule my test three times- every time it was canceled because they had no clue. On the fourth try they wrongfully terminated my exam now I have to appeal this to the organization giving the exam. What an ordeal! Would give 0 stars if possible. Undue stress and anxiety. Avoid at all costs- them and any company that uses them as a proctoring service.

The customer support people are nice enough and I wasn't on hold for more than a few minutes before they answered my call. Same with the techs, nice enough. But man, their product is garbage. It's terrible! I could not get their proctoring service to work on any of the multiple devices I tried, and that includes the laptop I take dental school exams on. I guarantee my dental school proctoring software is more hardcore than this stuff and my computer has never had issues with it. So what I'm saying is their software is trash. Nice people, but when they can't deliver on what they're supposed to, it doesn't matter much how nice they are.

I don’t like how they took control of my laptop and could talk to me. Vary invasive and also bossy. I get they don’t want cheating, but if my phones in the bag and I show you the bag zipped up don’t make me put it in the other room while I have to show you on the camera I’m walking to the room and putting it down like coke on that’s so invasive to me and my home like they see everything and have to see everything.
