Don't know why someone doesn't start another company to compete with this company. The most unprofessional, you're going to listen to me attitude from Yoel B. I've taken quite a few exams from them and never have I experienced behavior from someone like this. You're paid to help students get through an exam, not to make it harder for them. This company should not allow people that are rude to proctor exams for others.

this company deserves to burn to the ground. literally what kind of sick joke is this. respondus is better at anticheating than this crap. i have test anxiety and this makes it 10000x worse. all the proctors have superiority complexes and it feels like they WANT to catch you cheating. they will interrupt you every 5 minutes if you look down and try to do a math problem if your face is not constantly in frame. despicable and ruins testing experience. use any other service but this. complain to your universities and testing centers to use another software than this sorry excuse of a mess. i hope the ceo's decide to renounce this atrocious mess and use the money to reimburse the time all the test takers took to even start the test.

Very angry and disappointed in my experience – to start with no extra time as a reasonable adjustment for learning difficulties was added to the exam, despite me sending through evidence twice. I have just had a very stressful 40mins leading up to my exam trying to connect to ProctorU & not being able to get adequate assistance from their live chat function. When my call to the help line was answered the first question asked was ''are you using a work computer?'' presumably because this is the most common issue? if that is the case then this text should be in the body of the email & not hidden away in the fine print of a drop-down box (& especially not from dyslexic people!!!) - I was then told it was not possible to sit the exam on a work computer & that I (not my organisation) would have to pay a £25 fee to re-schedule the exam, although the fine print states ‘'Note: We strongly recommend using a personal computer''. I am currently working on an incredibly busy NHS project and its sadly ironic & infuriating to have wasted my time preparing & re-registering for an ‘Agile’ PM course all about efficiencies. It's no wonder ProctorU has a one-star rating from 1,000,000+ users…- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had everything set for my exam. It took them over an hour to start the test, they had connection issues. This is not the worst, after I completed my test 4 hours later, I was shown a screen with 2 options, my proctor instructed me to choose the 'cancel scores' option. I was hessitant at first since I didn't want to lose the scores so that's why I asked her several times if it was really okay. I selected it and what's my surprise when 11 days go by, I should have my test results, I contact the TOEFL and they say I cancelled the scores and I need to pay to have them reinstated! Are you out of your mind?

I've used proctoru maybe 20 times and EVERY, SINGLE. TIME. There is a delay or problem with the site or proctor. The last exam was delayed for 4 hours. The one before that was delayed until the following day. They are a joke.

Why in the world do universities use this garbage service? There are hundreds of 1-star reviews here, yet ProctorU clearly refuses to improve their crappy system and customer service. Agents are incompetent and will keep transferring you to a new agent every so often. They constantly interrupt you during a TIMED exam! Don't tell me it's due to my connection issues when I have high-speed internet. Due to their incompetence and interruptions during the exam, my time kept running down and I lost 40 mins from a 2-hr exam. Even my university refuses to accept it's ProctorU's fault (Thomas Edison State Uni). I now have to retake the exam with the little time remaining. Absolutely horrible. Also, I paid for their priority service and even checked my system for compatibility; it said I'm ready to take the exam. The day of the exam, the agent tells me my system isn't compatible and they refused to refund me. If you've paid for an exam and this happens to you, or you're not satisfied with the service, call your bank and dispute the transaction. I got my money back. To universities/companies: STOP USING PROCTORU!

Dog crap platform. Takes me 30-45 minutes for the proctor to get everything set up every single time. For 2 years now. It's a complete joke. And they will interrupt your test for complete nonsense

The absolute worst. Makes the test taking process 1000x more stressful. Terrible company and deserves to go out of business.
