I have never experienced anything like this before. I took the TOEFL, which is supposed to take 3 hours. Due to the great support of the people at ProctorU, the test took 9 hours. And the best part about it: 10 Minutes before the test was supposed to end, the Proctor closed my testing window and could not reopen it. All my answers were gone and I was told to contact the test provider as ProctorU cannot help. Please, if you have any option to avoid this company, THEN AVOID IT! If you need to fly across the country to find a test center, then trust me - do that - instead of testing at home with this company. Never ever again.

If you think taking a test online through Proctor U will make your life easier, please think again. Just find a way to schedule in person. Doesn't work, complete waste of time, and endless frustration. I wanted to punch my computer screen in the ridiculous hope it would hit the person on the other side.

ProctorU is a HORRIBLE site. It doesn't support the latest (common) technology. How on earth can universities and major corporation use this junk?

Worst service ever! Rude and incompetent techs who can hardly speak English and who do not know what they are doing. I spent 5 hours getting the runaround while trying to take my LSAC writing exam only to not be able to take it. I would get transferred from tech to tech, all of who gave me different answers. Today I took my LSAT and I could hardly understand what he was telling me to do. Also, they must be helping several others at the same time because each tech and proctor took several minutes to respond to me. Sometimes even up to ten minutes! Talk about adding to testing anxiety. I am disappointed in LSAC for hiring such an incompetent “company”.

i can NOT believe how bad this service is. LSAC needs to find another platform. I am literally baffled. my exam was supposed to start hours ago and i am being told to reschedule!!!

Terrible experience with my LSAT. I genuinely don't understand why the LSAC let a grossly incompetent and poorly rated company like Proctoru administer this test. The proctor was insensitive to the test-taker's needs, poor in communication, and incompetent at properly executing rules regarding the LSAT in particular. The proctor almost prevented me from even taking the test because she failed to read my name on my ID correctly at first. Absolutely ridiculous and debilitating! Can the company at least find someone who can speak English fluently and is conscientious about his or her job? The worst online testing experience in my life. Furthermore, if the LSAC expects their candidates to be top-notched, it should give them due respect by providing a professional and smooth test experience.

Im no means racist but why on earth are they outsourcing this to cheap labour that cannot even communicate. They p!ssed about for over an hour to even get me logged in by which time my head had gone. W⚓️S!

This is literally the worst company I have ever seen. These 'agents' don't know what they doing. In a middle of my exam it kicked me out. It started transferring me all over different agents. Started my exam 10:30PM it is freaking 12:11 AM and I am waiting to be transferred again. For a fourth time. this is ridiculous.
