the staff is not user friendly, and the automated system is terrible kept sending me back over to the first set of instruction instead of any operator. the staff as well is easily frustrated with you when you have trouble understanding them. not very good for my first experience. hopefully they get this situation uncontrol or some set up a new test taking system.

Is it possible to give less than one star? I have never had any issue with online testing (proctorio) but ProctorU was mandatory for my class. Nightmare. Horrible. Nightmare. After a two hours of having technical difficulties, I still could not take my test. I was informed that it was my connection issue but all of my internet speed tests passed with flying colors. Never ever ever use ProctorU

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!!! IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS, PLEASE DO. I HAAAATEEEEEEE AND I MEAN HAATE PROCTOR. THEIR SOFTWARE IS THRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE!!!!! My PROCTOR WAS SH8T. THIS WHOLE SYSTEM IS SH8T. PLEASE DELETE AND DONT LOOK BACK,TAKE YOUR EXAM ELSE WHERE!!!

ProctorU claims that their software consists only of a browser extension and logmein session. They also claim that the proctor 'cannot perform "hidden" actions.' The reality is that they run a batch script to install software onto your computer that will last even after following the removal instructions on their website. If you can take your test any other way, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

What a flipping nightmare!!!!!!! Tried for 3 hours to take my test!!! 7 chats, 4 tech support sessions and Still could not connect to a proctor. I should have come here first and seen their terrible reviews. P,S. Everyone I dealt with was from India. Still Not able to take my mandatory test! Don't bother calling their office, there are 0 options for a live person.

I'm already stressed about taking the LSAT but the added stress trying to connect to the test was a nightmare! The proctor wasn't even there when I messaged them, the process to even get the test started was an hour and then after changing all the settings and screwing up my computer and resetting my password a thousand times was more stressful than the test. Dump proctoru!

Who would have thought that getting into the test would be harder than the test itself. This company is atrocious. Can’t get their shi together and I have now wasted so much time having to reschedule exams. I have even passed the system tests I ran to make sure my computer will allow me to take the exam. ProctorU better get their shi together.
