The worst ever!!!!! Just don't use it. It's terrible experience. Don't download their chrome extension!!

Unauthorized permission error, so I could not write my exam. That should not be the student’s issue to deal with! We are just there to do an exam, not to make sure the software is competent with perfectly good working equipment. This security error could have never been predicted in advance, because it had nothing to do with the student’s equipment. Turning off firewall or doing anything from the student end did not solve this system-level incompetence. Worse service ever! NEVER USE IT IF YOU CAN AVOID.

Started an exam with one proctor no issue, then they changed proctor because of their technical issue when proctor was changed I got kicked out of exam. By time they put me back in exam I had 34 seconds to answer 16 questions. Rude customer service, I have made an official compliant which will probably go no where!

They do not support Chromebooks. I had to cancel my exam that I paid for, and cannot obtain my certification because of their limitations. Their only suggestion was to 'try to borrow a device' from a friend or relative, which is not an option for me. Companies should reconsider using them and go with a more reliable/reputable proctor service.

Their entire system crashed as I was trying to log into my exam. Was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then got hung up on. By the time I finally got to talk to somebody who wasn’t a robot on the online chat service, 40 minutes has passed and they told me I was a “no-show” and would not be reimbursed. Now I have to repay for this exam because I have no other choice. Without question the worst testing experience I have ever had.

So bad. Got on to me for moving my leg because my foot fell asleep. Had the time of the exam still going and prevented me from taking the exam. Then they disconnected me while mid exam. Tried to take it again. Got disconnected for leaving the testing area even though I didn’t move at all. Tried again. Asked for a female proctor as they insist you show them everything in your room and anything on you. Was asked why I wanted a female and was given a male proctor instead. The place is a scam. They just are trying to get your money and they are incredibly rude and belittling.

First thing they asked me to do was to go get my cell phone out of the different room so she could see it.... Then during the exam I was hardly breathing and this proctor, Charlene F. starts writing red on my exam to get my attention and says I can't speak while I was not speaking to anyone. The room is 100% empty. Virtually proctored. And then she tells me to submit my exam and I had to ask what she was talking about because I had an hour and 49 minutes left. She was just a distraction causing me distress. I would NEVER Recommend this proctor service to anyone. I then tried to write a review on the exam website and she closed my session so I couldn't write a review. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible coordination between institution and proctor u. Very displeased with lack of any timely customer service communication style
