If I could I would rate no star at all horrible waiting time my exam was at 2:40 and I have been waiting to connect to a proctor for over an hour yet their system says average waiting time is 5mins

This is the biggest pile of crap I have ever had to deal with. I can't understand anyone, everyone is rude, and half the time when I set up an account for someone and pay the money to schedule a test it doesn't allow me to confirm the account, and again good luck with customer service because they couldn't care less and good luck understanding them. I hate that I have to use this service and wish I never had to again.

There's No Point to improve their services. Response time is Terrible. I guess that they type 1 sentence and Coffee time for 10 minutes. I was not using two monitors and their stupid Guardian Brower detected 2 and asked me to use another computer. and something something eventually had to reschedule an exam. No more Proctor U!!!!!

My exam time was 11:50 AM, and, after being connected to a proctor, I was passed around from one proctor to the next and did not get to my exam until 1:00 PM. None of the proctors would respond to any questions I had regarding what the issue was and what was taking so long. Every single time I got a new proctor, I had to redo the room scan and show all of my materials. The wait times and lack of response from proctors when you have one is absolutely unacceptable. For a site that is required to be used by so many universities, there is no reason that it should be this unorganized.

Worst exam experience ever. Long wait times to receive a technician. Computer has been lagging since putting the app on computer. Computer freezing. I may have failed my test due to this.

I have been trying to connect and take exam for more than 2 hours. Horrible and very irritable experience. Lost all of my energy while trying to connect and dealing with multiple proctors.

This company needs to be shut down immediately! It sucks!! Had to reschedule my exam today due to multiple issues with connections on their end!!! The 1st proctor who assisted me takes over my computer to resolve the issue and ironically by the time I thought I was about to start my test, he’s gone and I’m now back at square one! So what was he was doing on my computer for 45mins???! No clue! Probably attempting to hack into something like those people do! I now have to drive 5 hours to take this test in person at my school! I wouldn’t recommend this lousy company to anyone! Complete joke!

Test froze; proctor was initially responsive to my chat stating it had frozen, but then said to please hold, and I waited more than 10 minutes with no response and no indication that the proctor was still there. Was about to give up and close everything out when he came back and said I would need to contact the org I was taking the test for b/c he couldn't reach his support team. Had to reschedule. I had paid for the expedited ability to take it same-day, which was then unfortunately an eaten cost. Org I was taking the exam for kindly reloaded another attempt to take the exam. Went through the entire process of validating my exam space again, only to have it freeze again mid-test. This time the proctor knew to have me open the test in a Chrome browser instead of the Guardian browser, but it's pretty rattling to have that happen and then have to restart a test, if you're at all an anxious test taker. Closed everything out after exam was finished and realized I couldn't perform functions on my computer b/c the proctor had turned them off. Would be great to have a list of what settings they are changing when they take control of your screen so you can go back and reset them after. Maybe they provided that and I missed it in fine print, but it'd be nice to have it be provided more transparently. I think about someone who might be less tech literate trying to navigate taking a test w/Proctoru, and I don't think they could do it.
