GNOME IT SOLUTIONS LLCReviews of gnomeitsolutions.com

Support is excellent 👍

The service seems good with reasonable prices, but the ticket support is incredibly slow. I tried to sign up for a service, but they never responded; they just sent me this message and closed the support ticket. --------------------------------------------------------- We are sorry for the delay. Your ticket was delayed because we are facing a large number of support requests at this time. We are processing them one by one ASAP. Your ticket will be attended to by one of our support staff soon! We apologize for any inconvenience. --------------------------------------------------------- Live chat is useless; they use AI without providing concrete answers. They used to use humans for this task.

I am using GNOME IT SOLUTIONS service for a long time. Their support and help is very very good.
