Translating from English to Spanish: extremely poor. Our client decided to do it themselves after receiving the translation from GMR. Deadlines: Vaires. Had a job that the transcriptionist couldn't finish by their EOD on a Friday with the due date of Friday. They sent an email stating that they couldn't finish and will continue working on it Monday. Anyother business you work till it gets done to meet deadlines! Quality: For simple transcription work the cost is good and process is acceptable.
