I know COVID is out there, but you guys appear to be the only major precious metals dealer who isn’t shipping. I placed an order several weeks ago and not even an update yet. My business has already been taken elsewhere. *Update - Order was placed on June 6th, received shipment on July 11th. I see some reviews during that time frame that state shipping was very quick.

Did not have in stock what I ordered. Refunded my money and called to tell me so and offered no comparable substitute. I was not in a rush so I could have waited but was not an option given. Can't back up what they offer. Didn't make it right. Just wasted my time.

They never processed my gold order when I placed it. Then a month later I called them and they said they couldn’t get any gold in and couldn’t get it to me for the price I originally placed my order for.
