The customer rep was very helpful. My order was canceled for some unknown reason. I'm waiting for the items I ordered to come back in stock.

Shopping online was good. But taking a month to ship is an issue. I may or may not do business with them again. I went to other vendors afterwards and got my silver already. This was the first vendor I have ordered from. Order 3march shipped 1April.

Recieved the $100 a month subscription box. I had them appraised by two different shops, both shops valued one months box at roughly $60. I cancelled my subscription via email and voicemail. GMRgold continued to charge my credit card for two months.

The silver is good, and at a fair price. The website is very slow and cluttered, and they call you after your purchase. In 2020, a kind personal email is preferred and more cost effective. I don't need to explain why I'm purchasing silver.

Customer service is excellent but still haven’t received my investment after almost 3 weeks. When I called, he informed me that some of the items they did not have, yet wasn’t told when they would have them. I ordered some of the mutiny bars so if you order them, expect they may take a while. I suggest calling before ordering.

They are very good at their business. However they could do in much better job of the in for me me the status of my order.

Back ordered product...seems unlikely that this product would suffer such a delay but I'm on the outside looking in. My money is in but no product out!

Wish they would have all had hard plastic cases some only had sleeves
