Amazing service. Ceo called me after hours to answer some questions and concerns I had as a first time buyer. Very patient and answered all my questions. I purchased some of what he recommended. Since then I have made multiple purchases with them. They always call to confirm and verify my order which I like because it provides peace of mind that no ones going to just order stuff from them fraudulently. I also like that when they call to confirm an order they let me know of other deals going that may not be posted online yet. Overall I have no complaints and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic costumer service, but i doubt you will ever need to use it! I was a little apprehensive about jumping into precious metals, but man did GMR gold make it easy. If I ever had a question I could call and they would pick up the phone, take time out of their day, and answer any dumb question I had. Very happy with their service thus far.
