Every part of my experience was terrible. Walked in with 7500 cash plus a trade in wanting to finance the rest. From sales to finance everything was bad. Everyone was rude and condescending like I didn't know what I was doing. Everyone had tricks up their sleeve. . Every time I need something or have a question they blow me off now. I literally walked out in tears feeling so screwed but I needed the car. When I asked while purchasing if I could get my first oil change free since the car was listed as "new" but had indeed 5k miles on it from it being a lease the finance guy said no, but if you want ill put you in a different vehicle (as a threat). Come to find out that was another tactic because all new cars get first oil change free! Everyone was so rude and so unhelpful and still are. They attempted to low ball me on every part of my transaction assuming because I'm female and think I am naïve, yet I guarantee I am smarter than almost every one that works in that building. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone there and I will never return. This place put a bad taste in my mouth for all dealers sadly and moving forward I will pay cash for cars.

I have probably leased 8+ vehicles over the years and this was my first experience with GM financial and it will be my last! They billed us $500.00 for repairs to a vehicle that had no billable repairs needed per their wear and tear brochure! The vehicle was returned in excellent condition and was under mileage by 10,000+! We never received a bill for these charges even though we called them 3 times!!! They were very rude, continue to put us on hold and never returned our calls! DO NOT RECOMMEND GM Financial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I leased a vehicle at a GM dealership with financing by GM Financial. When I signed the lease the dealership did not explain to me about the deposition fee. When I returned the vehicle they billed me $422 for the deposition. I reached out many times, asked if they could waive it and they refused many times. They only said they would if I bought or leased a new vehicle, which I did. I called in several occasions and also was called by them. We discussed this issue perhaps on 10 or 15 different calls. All this occurred during the pandemic in the stay at home period. I could not go to the dealership to get a new car because basically the entire country was locked down. I kept on touch with GM Financial to make sure my deposition fee would be waived when I got the new car. I talked with several people. When I bought the new vehicle I reached out for them to erase that fee and they said I bought the car 15 after the deadline and the fee would not be waived as they said it would. I explained that I called a million times, I tried to reason with them that this was in the midst of the Covid 19 and they would not listen. GM Financial does not treat customers with respect and they show zero common sense. You ask something and they say they have to put you on hold. They keep you on hold for 15 min and don't have the courtesy to touch base for a second saying that they will take long. The people that answer the calls, and make calls to customers are poorly trained. They are not courteous or polite. They are not rude, but they do not show a lot of respect.

My fiancé Nicole has leased two vehicles with GM financial ,never been late on a single payment, and this vehicle in particular was a 2017 Chevy Cruz returned in excellence condition and under mileage by 10,000 miles +... Due to the covid and her being a full time PA student she was unable to lease another vehicle at this time. Then they send her a bill for $400 for a disposition fee and wouldn’t work with her on decreasing or waiving that fee during the recent pandemic . They just tried saying the dealership is liable for it, and the dealership says the same thing and so on. Basically they say the fee is to get the vehicle ready for auction, but the vehicle is parked In the Pocatello Chevy dealership’s lot that we dropped it off at just a few days prior and it’s FOR SALE all ready so what auction are they talking about? Do not recommend them.
