My package was supposed to come in but it kept saying failed because of my address even though I had used the same address as last time. I messaged them and the same day they already had another one on the way. FABULOUS customer service!

At first I was super upset after I received my package and saw I was missing items. I told myself it was my fault for ordering and not really knowing if this was a legit site. I took a picture of what I received and emailed support. I did receive a confirmation email saying someone would get back with me. I received a response very quickly, they apologized and let me know they would get that taken care of and thanked me for notifying them. The quick response and care they took in helping me and fixing what had happened let’s me know they CARE about their customers. I look forward to purchasing more products knowing that should I need help they will be there!
