Terrible shipping service they also lie like they attempt to deliver when they actually DONOT... THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Customer service is a joke!!!

Like at this point, I’m like let’s just blame it on your language barrier. Like the whole story in short common sense it’s not so common anymore. These people are waste of time in a joke. I don’t understand why anybody would trust was something as important as auto parts.

Left package on the sidewalk in front of my house in a very busy urban environment. Didn’t ring bell. Contents promptly stolen. Customer service too busy to respond. Waste of time and money to work with these jokers.

On day of delivery, we were able to track driver and see that the truck was in our neighborhood. Suddenly the truck cancelled. I then had to collect my package from a GLS depot in a DIFFERENT CITY. Customer service was useless.

I was not home when GLS-US tried to deliver a package that required a signature. Within 9 minutes of getting a notification from them, I rescheduled via their link and I stayed home all day waiting on scheduled day with no delivery attempted. I contacted them via chat since I didn't find a phone number for customer service support and was told that it would be delivered that day. Again I stayed home all waiting and no delivery attempt. I again contacted them via chat and was told it was scheduled for delivery on August 15th (2 days away) and then was told later in the chat it was scheduled for the 18th. I have no faith it will be ever be attempted again. I will not be in town on the 18th and asked for a phone call from a person and not Ai. I was told that I would be getting a call right away and that was several hours ago. USPS has no business contracting with such an unreliable company just because they don't want to take the time to walk up to the door and get a signature. I can't even file a claim for the package because GLS-US still shows pending delivery. I can't get them to resolve the issue and I will have to end up disputing the charge with my bank and the hassles of doing that.

It's now been to weeks of just sitting in salt lake city, I reach out over email, most of the time, they respond quick, but nothing changes with my package status.

Over a week and a half for delivery. Customer support didn't help at all after 20mins of waiting to finally get to a rep. They are telling me the estimated delivery is longer then I paid for. They need to stop operating till they can fix all of these.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I have spoken to customer service ten times now, given very specific instructions on delivery, and the delivery person has not notified me in any way shape or form that they have arrived at my apartment complex. The delivery people are incapable of delivering packages. Will never use again.
