GLP-1 SOS makes Daily Gut Relief, a dietary supplement designed for people taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. These medications slow gastric emptying on purpose, which is why so many patients deal with constipation, bloating, sulfur burps, nausea and fatigue. Ordinary fiber and laxatives were not built for a slowed gut. Daily Gut Relief was. Each two-capsule serving contains 250 mg magnesium (citrate and oxide) for gentle daily regularity, 200 mg ginger root extract standardized to 5% gingerols with 50 mg peppermint leaf for bloating and nausea, a 19-strain probiotic blend, digestive enzymes, and methylated B12, B6, folate, and iron bisglycinate for the fatigue that comes with eating less. It is not a GLP-1 booster: no berberine, no green tea, no chromium, no added fiber, and no weight-loss claims. Every ingredient, form and dose is printed on the label. The product is made in the USA in a cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facility, third-party tested, and ships from our fulfillment center in Utah. Every bottle is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account portal or by emailing support. We read every review here. The early reviews on this profile describe refund and delivery cases that took far too long, and we have changed how support works because of them: guarantee refunds are approved by the first person who reads the email, never-arrived orders are reshipped or refunded, and support cancels subscriptions on request. If you have an open issue, email [email protected] with your order number and 'Trustpilot' in the subject line and it will be handled the same day.GLP-1 SOS is owned and operated by CODKING LLC, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Way better than the laxatives. Those had me running to the bathroom. This is gentle and it just works.
Response from GLP-1 SOSOct 10, 2026
Thank you, Stella. Gentle is what we aimed for, so no more running to the bathroom is good to read. Here's to calm, regular days on your shot. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care

Does what it says. Took a few days. I take mine with dinner and a big glass of water. Recommend.

...not surprised to see others have had the same type of unpleasant "bot like" chats with "Lisa." In fact, I received an email from the "Founder" Sarah who said she reads all "feedback" but the email came from "Lisa" and my response went back to "Lisa." Like others, I tried to stop my auto order upon notification(within minutes)(no reminder sent) and Lisa unfortunately couldnt do anything to stop my non refundable order from processing or shipping! seems like getting that extra auto ship is profitability by design, certainly NOT customer service. Will never be a sucker for this auto renew pay trap again! For those reading this...in order to stop the auto order you have to do the following first-here's a sample of the "Lisa" correspondence Regarding the orders you received, as they were already processed and shipped before the cancellation was finalized in the system, they are considered final sale and I'm unable to offer a refund for them. Our subscription process requires cancellation to be completed through the self-serve portal to stop upcoming shipments, and I apologize if that process wasn't clear. I am here to ensure that your account is fully squared away now, and that no further charges or shipments will take place. Lisa — GLP-1 SOS™ Support

Alan, I'm sorry. You asked us to stop an order within minutes and it shipped anyway. Then you got the same answer again and again. That isn't good enough. Your request is now with our care team for a personal review, and they will email you directly. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care

I have diverticulosis and am always fighting constipation. This truly works for my gut. It took 9 days for it to start working and it is no miracle drug that fixes everything but being able to feel my body respond to these capsules and then be able to eliminate is such a relief!
Response from GLP-1 SOSOct 7, 2026
Thank you, Shandy. Nine days is an honest timeline, and we're glad you kept going. Feeling your body respond and finding that relief is exactly what we hope for. Wishing you many more comfortable days. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care

I contacted GLP-1 SOS the day after I received my order and said that my physician said I could not take it because of the magnesium content and asked where I could send it back for a refund. I never opened the bottle. That was a week and a half ago and I never received any kind of response from the company so I guess they are not honoring their return policy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
Response from GLP-1 SOSOct 6, 2026
Dale, I'm sorry you asked to return an unopened bottle and heard nothing back. That isn't the care you deserve. Our care team emailed you today and will sort this out with you directly. Your order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care

Terrible, terrible terrible terrible Customer Service!!! I ordered this product in good Faith never opened it then. Eight hours I discovered that my physician told me I could not take medically take this product. I reached out to Lisa in Customer Service explained my issue and she after several emails refused to refund my money or even escalate to management. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card service at this point. Don’t order!!!

I love this product!! Before this, I was only going to the bathroom every 9 to 14 days. That was normal for me. Since taking this, I am able to 💩 a few times a week now. If I'm bloated, it's gone in a few hours. I no longer have to suffer with the sulfur burps. I am completely happy with the product!
Response from GLP-1 SOSOct 5, 2026
Thank you, Jessi. Going from every 9 to 14 days to a few times a week is a real change. So glad the bloating and sulfur burps are behind you too. Here's to many more comfortable days. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care

The product never arrived, and said it was delivered to somewhere in a completely different country. When I reached out, "Lisa" who must be their AI customer service bot, replied right away saying she would forward to another service agent for support. I have reached out twice more and received the same response but no follow up in the meantime. This all started at least three months ago. It seems like they count on people getting tired and letting it go.
Response from GLP-1 SOSOct 4, 2026
Shelley, I'm so sorry. Your order never reached you, and you were told three times that someone would follow up. Nobody did, and that is on us. Your case is now flagged for a person on our care team, and they will contact you by email to put this right. — Sarah, GLP-1 SOS Customer Care
