I love this brand because they really have good products and are very affordable!

I appreciate the communication from their customer support team when there is an order delay, and that they send a discount when the order is delayed. Summer is so friendly and kind.

I love their toners and will always be a glow recipe girl! I use other brands in my routine but I build it around my favorite glow recipe products. Their shipping and delivery leave a lot to be desired but they are always helpful with returns and applying discounts to orders for me.

I have to say that the website is terrible and so many pop ups and glitches but they really do have the best customer support people that is so quick to respond and help. most companies I wait 2,3,4 days for a reply but glow recipe replies right away, always helpful and cheery and convince me to keep shopping their less than perfect website
