Went into the Glock store to get my slide milled for a red dot, and the turn around time was very fast. When I went in I also upgraded my daughters g26 with the new M1X lower. My daughter was really happy with it. They also milled my daughters slide for a red dot. The workmanship was really top notch. Alex was the gentleman that helped us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep going back to the Glock Store.

I've ordered guns and parts....no problems. They have answered my email questions in a timely manner...no problems. And yes after 10 minutes it hangs up....so call back like I did.....no problems..... As far as I'm concerned I have no complaints.

My son and I took to slides and frames only into the Glockstore in Nashville. Dakota helped us 1st with showing us guns in the counter. Then piecing together 2 custom builds. They had all the custom parts we wanted in stock. Anything that wasn't in the showroom he called up from the warehouse. Once we had anything Dakota offered to have the gunsmith install all the parts while we waited. A short time latter we have 2 amazing shooting and awesome looking pistols. Thank you so much!!

I sent in my glock17 gen 5 then read reviews, lots of bad reviews on there but I was very satisfied with my experience I had them do the slide cut combo with the holosun scs I also had the cofin cut done and they cerakoted it in burnt bronze everything looked really nice the site was charged when j got it had no issues the cofin cut looks great and the cerakote finish is very nice. My honest review is I'm happy I did most of the ordering process by phone since I couldn't figure out how to do it online. I always got through by phone but sometimes I got disconnected and had to call back. But the people I spoke to on the phone where all very helpful and patient with me they got this done for me without thier help I might have ordered something I'd be less satisfied with but because of excellent help over the phone I got exactly what I expected and am very satisfied

I see that GlockStore has a lot of bad reviews. I assume that those are accurate, but I had a positive experience with a recent purchase of a new G19 gen5 MOS. This was a pistol that I was unable to find in stock at other online stores, so I took a chance and ordered. The FedEx shipping label was created within 48 hours and I had my new "toy" in hand within 96 hours of them taking my money. Yes, in light of the bad reviews, I was concerned those 4 days when my money was gone and I had nothing in hand, but they (GS) came through for me. I'm sure that they did customers wrong in the past, but, if I needed something now, I think I would go with them again. Not only was the pistol in stock, but it was cheaper than BassPro (although I had to pay a little bit for the FFL transfer when ordering online). Still... worth it. I'd probably go with them again, but the negative reviews do concern me. I don't know if I got lucky or if GS has fixed their customer service issues. In any case, I got everything I hoped for, at a good price, and am happy with my experience. Would repeat.

I just wanted to inform you of the super awesome support that I received from Brian K. A very professional young man with a can do attitude. Brian took care of getting me the right red dots and sights for my Glock 30sf and my Glock 17. He took his time went over the devices with me and ensured me that I had the best red dots and sights for my pistol and ensured the changes was submitted to the custom dept. This made my life a lot easier. Again Brian K professionalism, skill set, and attention to detail caught multiple errors within my order which long term save me time and money.
