I preordered three 15rd magazines for my Glock43x on 4-22-2026 and here it is Oct 19 and I still haven’t received them. They never give updates on my order and give the same excuse every time you email them. Lenny really dropped the ball on these magazines. If anyone wants the new Magazines just go to a sporting goods store they seem to have them all the time. I will never order anything from them ever again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered 43x 15 round magazines but they were on back order which I get, but when asking about my order which I put in April, they act like its not important for the customers' concern and items. I stopped buying Glock guns and parts. And at the end, they will put thank you for your understanding. B*tch please I dont understand how you treat your customers this way.

I'm disgusted with them. They went from 5 stars and dialed in to 1 star for this reason: Shipped quick, great price on an oem G22. Very impressed. BUT: I specifically called and emailed to add the G22 ejector for my G17 frame BEFORE THEY SHIPPED IT to avoid another ridiculous $15 shipping fee on a tiny part. Notice my assembly arrived today with NO EJECTOR! Then I check my email and see they charged me and skipped separately to double down on price gouging for shipping. Will be refusing delivery and contacting Chase to retract payment. F THIS COMPANY

I sent my Glock in for a slide cut and barrel nitride refinishing. They had it for over a month! I emailed multiple times and received absurd responses. I asked for a status update and this is how they responded- "We sincerely apologize. At the moment, we don’t have a specific estimated time of arrival for the backordered item. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to have it restocked and shipped to you as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding." My response- "This is for a slide cut (which has already been completed per customer service) and Nitride Refinishing... I'm not waiting on a backorder product. It's been with you guys for a very long time now. Please let me know the status." The customer service rep replied to only let me know that she sent this up to "management" and she'll be out of the office for a while... think I got a response from management? If you guessed no, you are correct! After giving it 3 days, I reached back out, since that's when she returned from being out of office. This was her response- "Most likely, they are still waiting on the black nitrate refinishing. That process usually takes about 4-8 weeks. I will ask for an update on this from our management. Sorry for the inconvenience." Where does this say 4-8 weeks??? You absolutely need to tell your customers about lead times! Some people only have 1 ccw and not telling them leaves them without their ccw far longer than expected. That's a huge problem that you should understand. Think management reached out that time? Nope, why would they... I let the rep know how bad of an experience this was. Her reply - "We're getting finished up on it. Shipping should be very soon." Unbelievable... but wait... Now we get to the worst part. Yes, it actually gets much worse. Now I'm getting failures to feed. This thing ate every type of ammo before but now... nothing but failures. Not here and there but almost every round! It jams non-stop, making my ccw completely unreliable and has put my safety at risk! It's a completely useless gun now, which I paid them over $250 for! GlockStore, make this right!

This is my father the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They took too many orders for that magazine that holds 15 rounds for the Glock 43X the beginning of July. I canceled my order and just wanted my money back. I’ve been fighting with them for over a month now and now today they had the nerve to say to me do I want a credit or do I wanna check. I want my magazines and multiple times since I canceled my order they stated I would have a refund credited back to my account within 3 to 5 business days. They have by far the worst. You try to contact a human being and all you get is a voicemail and the runaround.

AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. I ordered 2 items from them, waited about 4 days and still nothing had shipped. On the 4th day I reached out via email requesting an update (you cannot call them at all, nobody answers the phone). They replied on day 5 saying that item A is committed for shipment, and item B is backordered which is delaying my order. I then replied requesting the order be canceled. A few hours later, I get an email saying that item A has shipped, and only after this I got a reply saying they would gladly cancel my order and but would take a 15% restocking fee. I replied to contest this 15% fee but of course nobody is responding. I will be investigating a charge-back with my credit card company. My question is, if the items were able to ship separately all along, then why don’t they send me an email notifying me that item B is backordered and item A will ship by itself? The answer is most likely that they don’t want you to cancel your order within the 24hr window because they can’t charge the 15% fee within it. Also if you don’t ask questions they will simply avoid shipping your in stock items until the backordered items come into stock. This saves them extra shipping costs since the website does not tell you what items are out of stock. The timing between my cancelation request and shipping notification is all too suspicious. Their whole MO is to collect 15% fees for canceled orders on out of stock items and lie to customers. Avoid avoid avoid!

CANNOT GET PRODUCT ORDERED SINCE 4/23/26 CALLED EMAILED WANT REFUND NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH.

The customer service/correspondence is horrible-- that is to say, there IS NONE. No-one picks up the phone, and customers are encouraged to email or text the support line. Thats all fine and dandy, if they ACTUALLY respond. But they don't. Ever. Don't expect to get any level of communication with the company, other than automated emails saying when orders have been fulfilled. This has happened to me on two occasions; it's disgraceful.
