This is fraud, they took my money on 11/13/25, i’ve emailed and called, no response. I’m calling the credit card company to report this as fraud. I would never use this site, if it’s too good to be true than it isn’t. Stay away from glockstore.com, I’m not even sure they’re even a real company, it’s my first time using them.

Recievied the wrong part. Emailed Glock customer service 3 weeks ago. Then multiple.tries on the phone. No response. After reviewing.others experience I guess three weeks.is nothing with this outfit. Never again , they SUCK!

Placed an order online at glockstore.com on 10/31. Five of six items ordered arrived and order is marked partially fulfilled. Emailed inquiring about order status, most recently on 11/14. No response. Phone calls sit on hold for 10 minutes and then line is disconnected. I guess I'm out the $104.99 for the part I didn't receive. I hoped for better from one of the largest Glock dealers in the world. Buyer beware.

The customer service is the worst, what happened? The parts and accessories are very good. They should fire all of their customer service staff.

No response from customer service, will never ever use them again. Still waiting on info about my order after a month, no response. Don’t use them. In addition, their customer service line is fake. There is no one there. I’ve held on three times and at 15 minutes you automatically get hung up. That’s because there is no customer service. You will lose your money dealing with them, guaranteed

Three weeks and nothing. They have not shipped product that was "in stock." Only reached out after one week to offer me their inferior house brand part and when I politely refused that was it. Ghosted. Don't pick up calls, don't reply to text line, hopefully they check their email.... What a terrible business.

Sounds like they are collecting gun owners data for a registry of some sort. I have ordered (attempted to) twice from them and both times got a copy/paste letter telling me to send them a picture of my drivers license and my credit card. This is a business purchase and with a business account. When I told them no, but offered to send my FFL to them they refused and said they still wanted a copy of my drivers license. Why would a company need this if they werent keeping a database of gun customers. Very alarming. I am wondering where this info is going or if they are the ATF running a store. There is a reason they wont take a FEDERAL license, but wanted pictures of other data.
