I was just in Europe for 3 weeks in Ireland, Wales, England and Portugal and when my cell phone could not get signal and was too slow Globlinker really allowed me to be connected for work! I bought 15GB for 30 days in Europe and ended up using 11GB and after it expired I still had 4GB remaining and they offered me another 8GB on my return trip. Customer service via email is very responsie and helpful and kind and they really want to help you and give you the best experience.

For one, this is by far the best product in price and overall connectivity. On top of that, their customer service goes beyond & above. By purchase error, I was double charged and didn't realize it. They fixed it and then informed me of the error. That's the bomb dot com in my book.

This small yet powerful WiFi is the best I have used. It gives you all the power connections you need regardless of location. Easy to install, easy to use and perfect size. If you need to connect in town or away from town this is what you need. So go buy it now the price is right, the service is great and the connection is outstanding. Thanks, Juan B Garcia

Well of course Globlinker works … I use it constantly to have my own secure wifi network…. what sets it apart is the absolutely fantastic customer support!!!!

These folks were very easy to deal with and communication during the purchase. Once I received the unit it powered up as indicated in the instructions. Contacted them to activate the initial data by email and was quick and easy to. I was surprised at how strong the signal was (more bars than my cell phone). Thanks

So far great!!! I just got it but it’s doing its job and so far customer service is 10/10!!!!

I have bought a couple of different hotspots, and this is the first one that I have received which actually works out of the box. After turning on, all I had to do was buy some data, restart, and I was "Ready for Service" like the screen states. No taking off the back and inserting a sim card! I like the screen and the Giga Byte meter which shows the total/used data being handled, no more guessing/estimating. Great speed. It's a great little device to use.

I purchased the device because every so often, I have to travel overseas for business. Initially I was skeptical if this service would work but, it did work as advertised so, I was able to keep in touch with my family as well as communicate with others during my trip. I had one issue with a service outage but, I contacted customer support who fixed the issue and even gave me complimentary data days to make up for the outage. I will definitely recommend this device/service to others!
