I ordered this device thinking it was going to be a problem like my Ryoko, but I was in for a surprise. Right off the bat, Globlinker has done everything they say and more. I get a good enough signal that I can stream movies and still have at least three other devices at the same time. And their prices for packages are good as well.

Has worked perfectly for me during my overseas trips to Europe and the Mideast. And it is a great backup for my unlimited data plan while in North America.

Great customer support and very kind communication. They were understanding and offered a lifetime monthly data bonus as a thoughtful gesture, with no pressure at all. Really positive experience so far.

The Customer Service was the best they went out of their way to help me and the product worked to my satisfaction. The care team went out of their way to answer my questions and concerns. The Globlinker service and device itself worked great !! I had a problem with a purchased Ryoko device not connecting and staying connected but the Globlinker connected immediately and stayed connected with its Cloud Sim system it just worked unlike the Ryoko device that I spent $140 dollars on and was useless and never worked. This is my third Trustpilot review. I am not a review guy. But I decided to give Globlinker a try, since I will be traveling to Europe, Asia & South America with increasing frequency. I have spent a month in Thailand using a Globlinker international wifi hotspot as my home wifi in a 1 bedroom condo. $40 for 100 GB expiring after 1 year. Way cheaper than similar international services. Using Globlinker and a VPN, I am able to stream US tv apps flawlessly. Zero buffering. I have binge-watched several series on Apple TV, HBO & Prime Video over the holidays, yet still have 20GB remaining. The device is tiny yet has amazing battery life. It has never run out of juice before I was ready to re-charge. I'm guessing ten hours or more, depending on your usage? I use by the swimming pool to work on my laptop during the day. It has an incredibly simple set-up and customer service is fast, friendly & efficient. You can order additional data on the app from a handy qr code displayed on the device. There is also a QR code to connect other devices to the wifi hotspot. Globlinker is everything you need and nothing you don't. I cannot overstate how impressive yet simple is this inexpensive little device. I did a lot of research into international wifi options. I believe I picked the winner! Great device, great service, great price.

The customer service from the point I ordered this until I received it and began service was amazing. Prompt and to the point. The unit is small, easy to use and comes up right away with exactly what was advertised. I would highly recommend this for travelers and commuters. I initially purchased this so I can work on the commuter train where my t-mobile phone service is spotty. I have since found so many other uses for this rather than piggy-backing on my cell-phone. The coverage is great and the speed of service is very reasonable.
