Gotta get a Globlinker
I purchased a GlobLinker a few weeks ago to use while I'm relocating to Panama next month. I'm impressed with the quality of the product but the real test is the quality and speed of the connection. I did a small test using USA data while still in the States and its impressive. What is even more impressive to me is the quality of support provided by a small company. I had expectations of responses to questions in days....I was getting responses in less than a few hours at all times of the day. Truly Amazing and makes the product an even greater value. Highly Recommended

I recently purchased a 4G Global Mobile…
I recently purchased a 4G Global Mobile WiFi from Globlinker for my trip to Japan and the service was excellent and very reliable. I went to some rural areas for day trips and never lost connectivity. On my way back to the United States I went to San Francisco and was able to use my courtesy U.S. credit which was also very reliable. On top of the excellent coverage, the Customer Service was fast and friendly. I 100% recommend Globlinker ❤️

It also means a lot to know our customer service made a great impression. Thank you for the 100% recommendation, we truly appreciate your support! 🌍📶

Customer service is top notch!
I ordered this device for an upcoming trip in a few months. I did not realize upon activating to test it out that it would start the data (and expire in 30 days). I emailed Globlinker on Sunday afternoon and was not expecting a reply within the hour. They listened, understood my concern and fixed my problem! I tested the device by connecting it to my phone and laptop - both connected seamlessly and stayed connected while surfing and chatting. The device is very lightweight and easy to operate.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad we could quickly sort things out for you and make sure your data works the way you expected. It’s great to hear the device connected smoothly across your devices and that you found it easy to use. We appreciate your trust and look forward to supporting you on your upcoming trip!

Very pleased with Globlinker Hotspot
I bought Globlinker Hotspot about 10 days ago and have been testing it. I am pleasantly surprised at the download and upload speeds. The best part about it is the awesome customer support they provide after sales. They are prompt and bend over backwards to help you. They are very flexible with how you use your data and easily convert the date from one region to the other. I highly recommend Globlinker to anyone who travels a lot both domestically within USA and abroad too (by the way, having received the unit just about 10 days ago, I am yet to test it while traveling internationally but have no doubt that it will work well based on their cloud SIM technology).

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the speeds and, especially, with our customer support. Flexibility and after-sales care are very important to us, so it means a lot to hear that this stood out for you. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to supporting you on your future travels, both in the USA and abroad.

Excellent customer service and Device
Before the device, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is phenomenal, the absolute best I have ever experienced. The response time, the patience, the concern, the support is simply incredible. The device is easy to use, no glitches, no technical issues. I am impressed.
