Great device, used with no issues on a trip to Korea. Customer service is super responsive, often replying within a few minutes. Was able to easily buy more data when needed while overseas. Will likely buy another for our next trip so family can split up to explore and stay connected.

Awsome tool! There are times when i travel and phone service is buggy. This thing helps! I like how data keeps getting added so just gotta bite the bullet & buy asap to save. Make sure you disconnect any devices to this before starting it up as it’ll charge you data asap.

I like how it connects to any provider.  Took it to an area with a different provider than my cell phone and was able to make wifi calls using the Globlinker.  Also, it worked at my parent's remote camp where none of our cell phones work.  I may get my parents one since they travel to remote areas frequently. I also contacted customer service with a few questions and they were very responsive.

Honestly, the IT support was top notch. I’m not good with technology, but they were able to get me setup and rolling for my next travel venture, where staying connected is very important to me. Highly recommend this product for any travelers who need to connect to wi-fi on the go.

Very accommodating customer support. Service is very good, and if you go to a place where signal is weak/slow, call them and they will set you up accordingly.

Customer service is quick to respond to any questions. The device itself is easy to use and is quick to connect to the local towers in whatever country you're in. Data prices are pretty good for 4G speeds.

Had a good experience with the device. Worked well for the India trip! The customer service has been excellent. The battery life is great as well.
