Great device and company. Top notch customer service that answers all questions all hours of the day. I’ve used the device a few times and it’s been awesome. I will use it when I travel to Italy in a year or so.

I just got this yesterday and tried it out today at my work where I don't get a good cell signal and the data connection is super slow; it's basically unusable at times. This hotspot works great, so much faster than my phone's data, and everything they promised was kept. I got free 10GB of data the moment I powered on the device, and after emailing them, I got the 2GB a month free data activated. On top of that, if you join their Facebook group, you get an additional one-time 4GB free. They reply to email much faster than any other company I've ever dealt with. Within 30 minutes, I had a reply. The setup was super simple and complete within minutes of powering on the device. I can't recommend this hotspot enough. I'd give it 10 stars if possible. For those who are worried about it not working if the company goes out of business, the solution to that is to spread the word on how good this little device works, and I'm sure this company will go far. As far as usability, price, and ease of use go, I'd say this hotspot is the best on the market currently.

Customer support was quick and responsive. As a consumer this is a key value to be able to get quick answers from a company. I purchased their Lifetime 2gb/month device and took it on a trip. It was enough for the family to use browsing the internet. So far so good.

Amazing product, connectivity, ease of use, signal, and if that isn’t enough Charlie from the customer service/support team is hands down the best and most pleasurable person I have ever dealt with in regards to any business. Top notch, you would think that you spent thousands with the customer service you receive!!!

Used my new “WiFi egg” on last three country trip. Worked flawlessly. Just turned it on in country, it took a few minutes to “register”( was looking for best signal), and off I went! Very wonderful feeling having it my pocket. My husband and I both connected with it. And going on website, very easy to order more GB’s if necessary. I was concerned after I had purchased more GB’s, but they didn’t show! So I texted the help people, they told me it would automatically kick in when first service finished! And it did! I mean flawlessly. Wish I had this earlier!

I bought 2: one for myself and one for the son. I'm still on the 60 day trial but so far so great. Works straight out of the box, awesome/fast connection, customer service phenomenal (but email only), equipment does exactly as promised. Love that the screen shows how many GB you start with and how much left you have. I have the 2GB for life promotion. So, as long as it keeps up like this, I'm a very happy camper. Can only tell you what I am experiencing thus far. Great overall experience (esp. for the price)!

Globlinker is a great, fast and reliable internet provider. I feel safe knowing I have my own internet work while traveling. Globlinker works fast in most places throughout the remote southwest. I rarely never have connection.

I bought the Globlinker device and data to replace the internet service at our guest house and when I travel. We don't need internet often - only when people visit. I also don't travel often. Cell service at our guest house is very spotty, but I have not had any problems with connectivity with Globlinker. I traveled twice recently - also having no problems - in parking lots, hotels, airports and office buildings - no problem. I also had a few questions for customer service - I got answers promptly and they answered all of my questions the first time. I recommend!!
