Globlinker provides excellent customer service. I ordered the hotspot from them and had some questions. They responded very quickly and added lots of useful info. I had thought I could use the device on a cruise I have planned but they informed me it wouldn't work while at sea as it connects to cellular towards (and they don't have those in the ocean). Oops! I asked if I could return it but they said to go ahead and keep it and use for future travel. I figured it wouldn't include any data but, no, they gave me 2GB + the 10GB bonus (to be used within 30 days after activation). They didn't provide the 2GB lifetime monthly data, but that's OK. They went above and beyond my expectations. Although I haven't tested the device yet, I highly recommend Globlinker based on their customer service.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Globlinker's mobile Wi-Fi device with 2GB free data every month. Normally I'm extremely skeptical of social media and Internet ads but their offer looked good, it was a device I actually wanted, and the company looked legit based on some quick research, so I bought it. I'm happy to say I'm glad I did. The mobile Wi-Fi device works well. I've used it several times to connect my iPad to the Internet on long drives to another state. There was one hiccup though where it couldn't register or something but maybe I was in a bad spot at the time. It started working again not long after... but such is tech. Customer service is surprisingly good as well.

Great when you’re out where WiFi isn’t. I use mine when I stay in hotels with my Pet. I like to keep an eye on her with a portable camera. It’s really tough to access hotel WiFi for a security/pet camera and the Globlinker fills that void. I just connect my camera and go. Love it.

Exceptional customer services. I already bought 3 units from Globlinker for the family since we travel a lot to different countries. This way, we don't have to worry about finding internet to log in. Greatly appreciate their services which I reached out via iMessenger and they got me the data plans I need; switched from US data to other countries.

The product works extremely well, never had an issue! Customer service is fantastic and super easy to work will. All emails were replied to immediately! A+ Hotspot!
