Bought the device about 6 months ago and have been getting 2GB of data each month. I'll be converting these to Asia plans for my up coming travel. Support is very friendly and helpful

Having used a similar product in China before (as a rental for overseas trips), I was familiar with the idea. What put me over the edge to buy the Globlinker was the superb customer service from Charlie who answered everything thoroughly and remarkably quickly. Sent it with my sister on a 5-day trip with her fam to the UK. Worked flawlessly. No complaints whatsoever from 4 teens (or their parents). On top of that, the Globlinker team gave an extra GB to test out & get familiar with the device so it wouldn't be used for the first time in the UK. That was such a thoughtful gesture! The 2GB free data per month is an amazing perk (you MUST buy it directly from them, though, not 3rd party), but I will say that the best perk is their quick and full responses on questions.

The Globlinker was quite helpful during my trip to Taiwan and Japan (one week each). The battery lasted for the whole day so that was very dependable, and service was also reliable as well. Maybe the only thing was speed not as fast while in Tokyo, but it was still very good for what I was using, mostly google maps and text/msg. It's been a good purchase and I'm just saving more data (gb) for international travel and emergency domestic data if my ipad needs it. Also the customer service is excellent and got back to me very quickly

From the first date of purchasing this device, I had some questions about it, and the set up. I sent a message with the question, and within 30 minutes not only did I get a response, but they were very detailed and made sure I got a personalized response, not just some random paste it response which I thought was great. Throughout the time I have had it, they would always send me emails asking how the device was working out, if I had any questions etc. Very personable and taking the time to check in. Unfortunately for me, I've had some medical issues which hasn't allowed me to use the product, yet they were sincere in their concern for my situation and wished me well. Their response has ALWAYS BEEN IMMEDIATE. The best customer service hands down that I have EVER experienced, that alone made this product a worth wild purchase above any other product that does the same thing, I wish all other businesses had the same care about their customers experiences as this company has. So if your looking for a product such as this and want a personalized customer experience, then this company is the one you want to do business with..

Absolutely brilliant experience with Globlinker. I somehow managed to make the whole process far more complicated than it needed to be, yet their customer service (Charlie, Chloe, Michelle, Donna) were exceptional throughout. Every challenge was handled quickly, professionally and with genuine patience. Most importantly, the product itself works perfectly. Simple, effective and exactly what I needed. I am very impressed with the device. I have to make home visits for my job, and I rely on having good internet service. My phone hotspot has failed me many times, so I decided to try Globlinker. It works great! I have gotten good reception and good speed in all of the home visits. I am able to do my job much more easily now! -and the 2gb per month free is true-just gets added automatically! Highly recommend!!!

Great device for getting connecitivity. I had contacted customer service rep (Charlie) and he answered my many questions quickly and effectively before I made pruchase. Device came quickly and easy setup. My devices (phones/laptop/tabelet) connected and I had connectivity at remote location and while traveling on vehicle.
