I was very pleased with the purchase of my Globlinker. But I was very pleasantly suprised with the level of customer service I received when I reached out to get my Globlinker set up and with their promptness in answering questions about my data package. When I requested that my initial US 10GB be put on hold until I needed it, they did it immediately and also set up my monthly 2GB as well. They even provided a small data amount so that I could test my Globlinker out without triggering the saved data package. And they answered my questions promptly and courteously. This is service that you rarely see any more. I am glad I chose Globlinker!

It has worked very wel. Live in USA and in some areas my connection would drop. This has always worked in those situations. Would love to get a faster speed if possible but overall works very well

This is a great solution for foreign travel, avoiding the hassle of installing a foreign SIM and using a different phone number, and the expense of AT&T's daily charge. It's simple to use, and the battery seems to last through the day. Most of all, I am SO impressed with the outstanding customer service, which is a rarity these days. They really bend over backward to help with whatever you need, and are very generous with free data - 10gb starter data, plus 2gb/month for life (if you buy direct from them), plus if you join their FB community they have a 4gb offer. That community is also a great place to get tips from other users. PS - as to the lone negative review on here, that person is mistaken - the starter 10gb is intended to get you started using the device and is not advertised as not expiring. It's the free 2gb/month that doesn't expire and can be accumulated indefinitely. That said, if you ask them BEFORE you turn the device on, they can reassign that 10gb (I had mine converted from US to European data) and they set it up as ten 1gb plans, so it will not all expire at once. I think that person simply doesn't understand how this works, and unfortunately decided to vent rather than educate themselves.

Great customer service. I was confused about some of the advertised promotions, bu they worked diligently with me to arrive at a solution. They were very fast to respond which I really appreciated.

At first I was skeptical but now I'm won over. Probably the best thing about Globlinker is the AMAZING customer support that they provide through email.

I haven’t actually used the device but I’ve had two occasions to contact customer support. Both times they responded to my email within 1 hour! The answers were helpful and I was very satisfied with the answers about my account. Pretty amazing customer service. Now to try the device…
