I made use of my starter prepaid 10GB during a 7 day trip to Park City, Utah in July. It worked great while hiking and traveling in the mountains. My kids were happy that they were connected while we were enjoying the outdoors.

Happy kids on a mountain trip is a win in itself! 😄🏔️ Great to know your 10GB kept everyone connected while exploring Park City. Thanks for bringing Globlinker along, Darilyn!

Customer service is excellent and incredibly responsive. When I have traveled abroad and I need to switch my service over to a different country they are always quick to accommodate. I cannot recommend this company more!

There is a location that I go to in the mountains where the internet connection is spotty at best. I have Verizon Wireless. Some of my friends have AT&T and T-mobile. Their connections are available when mine is not. That’s the main reason I purchased Globlinker. Customer service has been quick to respond to any questions I have. I have no complaints so far.
Response from GloblinkerAug 31, 2026
That’s a smart reason to keep Globlinker handy, Mickey. Mountain coverage can be unpredictable, so having more options when your usual carrier struggles can be incredibly useful. Glad everything has been working well and our team has been quick to help!

I love my Globlinker, was easy to set up, it works very well and connects easily to whatever I am using to connect to the Wi-Fi. It is fast enough to watch videos without any pauses and i can do my work without worrying about it lagging. So far it has been a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!! Customer service is out standing!!

Easy to reach customer service. So far the hot spot functions as advertised, it's great when I'm working on the go. I still have to try it overseas but with how smooth everything has been I'm sure it'll be just as great.

Having dependable internet while working on the go can make the day a whole lot easier. Glad Globlinker has delivered for you so far! We’ll be excited to hear how it performs on your first overseas trip too. ✈️

So far very pleased with the globlinker. Used a couple of times where my phone had a poor signal and it worked as it should. Excellent customer service from Maria who explained how to set it up for the 10gb and then the 2gb a month for life. Also followed up to see how I was managing with the device. I have recommended the globlinker to friends.
Response from GloblinkerAug 31, 2026
Maria will be delighted to see this, Carl! We’re proud of our team for not only getting things set up, but checking back to make sure everything is going well. Thanks for recommending Globlinker to your friends, that means a lot to us.

I bought this Globlinker hotspot as a backup incase I ran into any issues during my trip to Japan, customer service easily converted it from USA data to Japan data. Even tho we didn't use it during the trip, came back and got it converted back to USA data, hassle free too. Customer service is very prompt and great. Highly recommended.
Response from GloblinkerAug 31, 2026
Sometimes the best backup is the one you don’t end up needing! 😊 Glad we could make the USA–Japan–USA data changes hassle-free for you, Albert. Thanks for trusting Globlinker for your travels and for the recommendation!
