GloblinkerReviews of globlinker.com

I was skeptical at first about Globlinker, but it works exactly as intended. Stacking up data for when I need it on trips is great. I have not had any coverage issues so far with use. I have not tried it internationally yet. I would highly recommend to check them out if you are looking for a quick, reliable, and cheaper way for a mobile hotspot. And if you use the data up you can purchase more for your account at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend! Also they are super fast when you contact them if you have any issues!

Easy to setup, good value, truly free 2gb monthly that stacks if you don’t use it. Customer service is super responsive as well!

Absolutely loving this thing. It's come in handy more times than I expected over the past few months of travel; a couple of airports, a conference, a hotel, and an Airbnb. Setup is fast enough that spinning up my own private network has become automatic wherever I land, instead of trusting whatever open Wi-Fi happens to be around. My wife even used it to run a credit card reader with zero errors at a horse show in a remote area. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal! They are always quick to respond, kind, courteous, and always looking to help. I've recommended it to several people already, and the reaction is always the same once they try it: being able to stand up your own network in a minute or two is genuinely useful. Easy five stars

I had a trip planned to Iceland where I'd be on a cruise ship for most of the time, but wanted something I could use while I was on land. I contacted customer service when I first received the device to ask whether I could activate part of my data to use in Iceland, but use part of it to test out the device and get it set up/linked to my phone while I was still in the States. Customer Service helped me get everything set up with my initial allotment as well as the free monthly allotment for use on my trip, which would only activate when I connected in Iceland. Everything worked flawlessly! I turned the device on as soon as I was on land in Iceland and kept it in my backpack. My phone connected seamlessly and I was able to use it for my entire trip. My friend was also able to connect so that she could use her phone as well whenever she was in range. We didn't use it for anything more data-intensive than messaging, scrolling and posting a few pictures to Facebook, and using navigation services, but had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Hotspot works as expected. Battery life is great. Re-upping the data is a little clunky. It recharges in 'buckets' ; if you have 10GB it may recharge in 1GB or 2GB increments, but support can set this to occur automatically. Support replies to emails quick. Other than that the speed is good here in the USA at 4G LTE, usually over 100Mbps down and 20Mbps up. We have no trouble connecting 3 devices at a time. You can login to admin panel and change WiFi name, password, etc. Overall very happy for the price. Hopefully it keeps working for a few years.

The customer service is amazing. They’re very attentive and helpful. They’ve helped me very well and fast. I strongly recommend them.

I am really satisfied with my globlinker it helped a lot when we had a power outage due to severe weather a few months ago. And I like that it is accumulating data month after month. I am making plans to be more independent in the near future and having this is one less thing I will need to worry about. Also the customer service is amazing.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the Globlinker, and many reviews mentioned great customer service. I've now had mine for about 3 months or so, and whenever I have any questions, they respond so very quickly and are always extremely accommodating and helpful. I've been very pleased with my experience thus far! And the device works great too.
